There’s a lot of good pizza out there and I’ve tried lots of it, this place is up there amongst the best. Crispy tops and really nice sauce on top of a great crust.
The wings were also very very good and the service is amongst the best I’ve had in quite some time. Y’all come on by and try this out.

The pizza is pretty good. The cheese bread is amazing. The homemade ranch is extraordinary. I see why everyone was doing pick-up orders.
The inside is nice and enjoyable to wait for your order. Each order is made fresh, and there are a number of reminders to let you know your order will take a while. That’s great with me, fresh food is always best – and you can’t go wrong with decor of local breweries amd movie posters of ‘Tombstone’ and ‘Terminator 2’ — however, if I had to hear the young lady at the counter say “I’m sorry about that” one more time…. (sigh).
We ordered a side salad, an appetizer of jalapeño cheese bread, and XL Salado Supreme.
After 20 minutes, I approached the counter, asking if I could get the side salad, but I had to wait for the young lady to finish a phone order, not a big deal. I was greeted with “I’m sorry about that” and then began my question when the phone rang again and she answered it and began taking the phone order. Seriously??? That took another three minutes. She hangs up and says…. wait for it… “I’m sorry about that” and I begin my question again. She apologizes (again) and says she will check on the salad. Three minutes later, we have the salad (rather small for the price, in my opinion, but that is the only cost concern I had)… and five minutes later, we have the cheese bread… followed two minutes later by our pizza – so much for an appetizer.
The entire time we sat while waiting and eating, there were several customers coming in to place orders and pick up. I love seeing a business this busy. However, every single time the phone rang, the young lady would stop helping the customer at the counter (who actually took the time to come in) and would take the phone call and the order, and then would go back to helping the person at the counter after saying… yup, you guessed it… “I’m sorry about that”… (big sigh).
The total and complete lack of customer care for customers physically on the premises made our decision where we will likely not ever dine-in again.
Now, the food was tasty, as has been mentioned, and we did leave after buying a jar of the ranch (it really is that good), but we will think twice before returning.

Wife and I were out looking at houses and needed to get some food. We got lucky. Driving down main street we decided to take a chance. We’re not from Salado so we don’t really know what is good there. We stopped in and they were slow so we were concerned. We made our order and waited saw a few other customers pick up Togo orders so we felt better. Wife got a salad off the salad bar and she said it was good. We ordered a meatlovers pizza it was more than enough for both of us with enough for me to have lunch the next day. The place was clean and the employees were nice. We will be back. It was a great experience.

I normally don’t eat pizza out because I end up disappointed. We were out walking main street for the lights. We got two personal pizzas, all meat and another with Mushrooms and Black olives. We also got a medium pizza with all the veggies plus Pineapple. The food was great and will drive a little extra from Belton to get pizza from here in the future. Good Job all.

The pizza was DELICIOUS. 10/10. The cheesy bread tasted fresh and homemade, not like the frozen breadsticks you get from most pizza spots. We will definitely be going back.

This evening our family of five went out for dinner at the pizza place. As we waited in line I over heard the woman at the register say they were short staffed this evening. This didn’t change the quality of service a bit, the woman answered all of our families questions and gave us suggestions. The young man in the back was quick and courteous. Our food was made perfectly. Those two employees worked very well together, she was cleaning a table and he hoped up front to help a customer at the counter. The restaurant was quiet and there was plenty of space between tables.

Every time I am in the area I stop here for a freshly made pizza. The staff is friendly and prompt. The pizza is made fresh to order. You have to wait, but it’s worth it. It doesn’t take too long if it’s not many people in there. They have a fresh salad bar and ice cream as well. My go to is a personal pan and cheese sticks, but I will venture out into more of the menu one day!

I picked up the pizza at the restaurant and brought it back to work (about 1/2 mile away) to share with my coworker. The pizza was not hot and the veggies were raw and cut too large. There was not enough cheese. It didn’t go all the way out to the crust. To top it all off, they didn’t even cut the pizza into slices!!! Unbelievable! With all that being said, the pizza tasted good just executed poorly.
