Worse pizza ever. It was my first time trying Marco’s. I should have known my order wasn’t going to be good when I watched the guy make pizzas without plastic gloves on. Then, when I got home, my pizza wasn’t fully cook through and the wings were cold. Phew, aweful and pitful.

Will not be back! Yesterday my daughter called to redeem her free pizza she received for perfect attendance, guy on phone seemed to be clueless puts manger on the she takes order and says 15–20 minutes ok cool we get there and guess what our was never started! So I asked with the ginger beard guy what was the point of us calling in the order and say 15 minutes you thought we going steal and flat out says yes ! I will no be supporting this business

I received a brochure in the mail that was less than the in-store specials for the same thing, an extra large two add on pizza. They honored the coupon. This saved me about 50% on my bill. I had never been there, but that coupon got me in the door and I will be a regular customer now.

I got a large pepperoni magnifico. When I got there, it took a couple minutes to even be addressed, the staff were in the middle of a conversation. Then when I asked about my pizza, it hadn’t even been boxed yet. They had left it sitting out. The pizza was cold. Not a great experience.

Normally my pizza tastes delicious, and that’s why I keep coming back. However, the past few times I have been disappointed with the look and taste. Whomever was working on August 20, 2023 around noon time frame, did a poor job making our order. It’s not enough cheese and the thick crust pizza isn’t thick at all. I paid $34 for cardboard with no taste. I won’t be coming back.

I don’t usually use this Marcos, it was on the way, so I stopped by. I had placed my order online, bc, I had to be somewhere. Arrived at the store, no hello, or welcome. I mentioned, with a smile, “hey here to pickup the pizza”, which was the only one sitting on the shelf. Have a name and was handed a pizza. I opened the box, (red flag) pizza not fixed exactly like I ordered. I questioned why? Was told, they were out of the crust topping I wanted. WELL DANG!! I thought. So she handed me a handful of Parmesan . No call or anything from Marco’s. Wasn’t happy but needed a pizza for dinner. I asked for a garlic sauce, bc I didn’t see one in the box! I was told, .78 cents. She said it wasn’t with the order at the time it was placed. So I declined. WELL DANG!!!!! I thought. Took the pizza and Parmesan, got home it didn’t have the double sauce on it. Just bland tasting. I was upset!! The pizza was just like the establishment, no personality….I can’t recommend this place, bc, the one person that I saw there working, was not happy with her job. Wasn’t a people person, at all! I paid for an extra large with 12 slices. I got 11…how you do that? I’ll stick to another location that has a better vibe and happier employees…..times are tough, money is short, when paying over $20 for the “Works”, at least hand them a sauce, at no cost, especially, after been told, it was left off by accident. And, especially, if you didn’t have a crust seasoning….I just won’t EVER go back there again!!!! Find another Marcos, if you care about your pizza. The pics display the cut slices we received. SMH, Nerver Again!

I usually get half extra cheese pizza and half Pepperoni magnifico. The other day was no different however when I opened my pizza box there was no extra garlic butter or parm cheese on the crust. There was no extra cheese on the pizza at all and the pepperoni was extremely slim and on almost all the slices instead of being half. I was extremely tired so I never got a chance to complain but the pizza is usually really good and on point. I got my order around 11ish so maybe they were tired too lol.

Where do I start…… Our pizza was supposed to be delivered by 6:35P.M. and didn’t receive it until 7:21P.M……. then the pizza we ordered was NOT the pizza we recieved…. I am going to post what we ordered on the crust and what we recieved because BAYBBEEE that wasn’t it… moving right along….. I called them because we had just had the same exact pizza the night before and when I tell you that pizza was BOMB!…… it was BOMB. This pizza was tasteless and nasty and dry….. so I called… they answered just to place me on hold for 14 minutes…. my wife was frustrated as heck because WE WERE HUNGRY AND OUR DAUGHTER WAS HUNGRY so she finally said let’s just drive up there after paying $5.00 automatically for delivery. So ATP I was annoyed. We got there, my wife went in and told ” THE MANAGER” about the pizza and how it had no flavor and was dry and he said and I quote ” the pizza was made to “perfection” (yet the crust was wrong and toppings were not doubled like asked) I can just put the garlic butter on there or make a new on.” ATP the pizza was cold so she said he could make a new one. Mind you he had a whole attitude about making the new pizza. He then finishes cooking our pizza just to put soooooooooo much garlic butter on the crust it is leaking out the sides and making the pizza box soggy. This Marco’s Pizza definitely lost our business.
