Got a large mint blaster and they didn’t even mix it but yet they force you to tip them when ordering on line. Literally had a 1/8 of inch mint syrup on top. Even after stirring didn’t help. Took back and asked for something else and then ask for a different flavor . Then gives me a cup with holes in it… definitely not worth the hype.. won’t be back

The Creamery is a great spot for a treat. Everything is clean, well run, and inviting, and the quality of the ice cream really stands out. There’s a nice variety of flavors, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it a perfect stop with family or friends. Definitely worth checking out.

Great place for ice cream on the south suburbs. Portions are generous.
Inly outside seating area buy people don’t seem to mind.
Employees were attentive and our ice cream came out fast.
My daughter wanted a banana split and I asked if there was a small size; which they do not have but the employee understood and served her a smaller portion. Normal banana split is more to be shared in my opinion.

I love the Creamery. I got my birthday cake from them and today I had a Hot Fudge Sundae.
If you have never had an authentic Rainbow Cone, they are available.
So many yummy treats, I’m always discovering something new and delicious.
It’s one of the best parts about summer. But I go there before the mosquitoes come out in force.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this establishment on several occasions and must say that it is an exceptional ice cream parlor. Its location is ideal, and they offer a diverse range of delectable items. They also periodically update their menu, and I noticed that they feature a weekly flavor. Seating is available for customers to enjoy their treats. This was my first time trying their food, and I was thoroughly impressed. My son ordered a hot dog, which was served hot and fresh. We conveniently rode our bicycles there, as it is conveniently located just off the walking/bike trail in Frankfort. The staff was very friendly too!

Ice cream is a good price and several options. People bring their dogs makes it hard to control kids. Some times there are bees that can be… a bother. Cute area and tables with and neat cow bench. Outside seating only so hope for good weather. Really not many great options in Frankfort that I have found.

The RAINBOW CONE is a must. I didn’t think I would enjoy, but now I can’t wait for the weekend just to come get one!

If you haven’t been here yet, you *need* to go. Soft serve is soft serve – theirs is as good as you’ll find anywhere. It’s the toppings that make their sundaes absolutely INCREDIBLE. The other stuff is good, too, but those sundaes are really special.
My personal favorite is the Candyland. It’s got cotton candy powder mixed in and on it, and is topped with miniature Haribo gummy bears and a healthy dollop of whipped cream. It’s ridiculously good!

Chocolate dipped cone and a cookie dough blaster yuuuuuummmm!!! Very fast and delicious! You order through the window and they have seating outside on picnic tables, definitely a great summer spot!

I think they’ve adjusted their cleaning policies to save time and money. I didn’t know I had an allergy until my teens so I’m not in habit of requesting accommodations, I never once had to mention my allergy to them prior and I always received a non-contaminated item; they implemented a new policy where customers with allergies can only order specific items (maybe 5 options total) and suddenly I get my first item that is nearly ¼ a different item??? Something seems off. No accommodations for allergies, unless they want to order from a tiny selection. This is discriminatory, no person is able to control their allergy and we already have a limit on what we can order to begin with. Definitely not a customer-focused business. I will be contacting them until something changes because these shops at one point were focal points of the town.
