All I wanted was a cold brew with cold foam and they couldn’t even fill my drink, and ofc i got all the way to work before i even noticed (i work at foxwoods so it’s not a far drive) so i can avoid the foxwoods lines, and now i can’t even enjoy a full drink! Thanks a lot. Every time i come in the afternoon/night it’s ALWAYS bad. I don’t even know why i try with yall anymore. Your workers are all miserable and rude, and they can’t even let a customer know that they don’t have enough cold brew for a medium JUST so they can make a sale. Never will i tip yall again. stg.

I came to the dunks as an out-of-state resident, Who was staying at great Wolf Lodge, and wanted to take anWho was staying at great Wolf Lodge, Where is the only coffee you can get at 5 AM is for a Keurig in your room so I took a ride and I have never felt more unwelcome in my life. It’s a manager who works Thursdays at 6am 1/29/26. The opening shift is completely miserable and lacks personality and customer service skills. I would highly recommend having her retrained. They were sooo nice in this Dunkin!!!! Everyone that worked here was kind and friendly. My daughter knocked over my coffee and the manager swooped in, cleaned it all up and replaced the food and drinks that were ruined!!!! They weren’t mad at all they were so kind and warm. Great team!!

Well, I love going here because they’re the one place that I have the vanilla cream donut… I did a mobile order with cream and sugar and there was no cream and no sugar! Of course I was just recently. Never had a problem in the past. Was good every other time.

I got there a couple of minutes before they closed and the lady told me that they had nothing but iced coffee. I wanted to buy at least a doughnut and she told me that they had nothing and wouldn’t even let me use the bathroom and the restaurant was still open. It was horrible.

Worst Dunkin around. Can’t keep employees.. Serves the wrong coffees almost every time they send one out it’s sent back. They put mocha Vanilla and Carmel swirl in my diabetic son’s coffee when that’s nowhere near what was ordered. Just a large ice coffee!!! Mine oh no worries just 124 sugars and no cream. Yum! Sounds delish right?. Employees and manager are so rude to customers and just don’t care. That place won’t stay open for long.
