I had an absolutely fantastic visit to Salsarita’s. The food was fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The manager was walking around checking on customers, asking how everyone’s day was going, and genuinely making sure people were taken care of.
He even offered me free chips, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. Little things like that make a huge difference and really show how much they care about their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These employees are so helpful. I have a great experience every time I come. The manager was kind enough to help me with my tray while I had my one year old in my arms. He got me everything I needed and even came back to check on me later. Another employee took my tray for me and took care of the high chair. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Kindness and customer service skills are rare these days. It made my day!

Typically, I do not write reviews, much less, not a good one. I was planning to go to Panera as I passed this place, and not knowing anything about it, I decided to try it. Most places like this one, you will have leftovers or be completely full, particularly if you spent $17 on a combo. Not this place. Food was not the worst but I have plenty better for the price and amount of food they give you. The guy was just rationing every spoon of food he put in the bowl. I still went to Panera to get me a small sandwich afterwards.

They have good food. The problem is you can’t tell when they’re open because they sometimes just close for the day, and you don’t know it until you drive all the way there and see a sign in the window stating as much. They don’t answer the phone if you call ahead, and there is no announcement on the voice mail that lets you know.

Customer Service was not good, employees were not friendly nor were they helpful.
Asked for queso on burrito, the server dumped out the ladle and the only queso that was on it was what dripped off of the empty ladle. When asked for more employee said she would have to charge extra.

First time here for my wife, and I. The menu+ordering was easy. The staff was nice, patient, and the price wasn’t terrible. Thw lobby was clean, but they had a lady still checking & sweeping to get extra clean which is respectable. The food is delicious also!
