Dropped by in the morning today and grabbed a couple of plates , I got Half & Half Noodles & Rice and sesame chicken . And the other was half & half with orange chicken ! Food was fresh and was delicious! Customer service was great ! Super clean Lobby & Napkins and straws were stocked neatly . Inside dining or outside dining.I got 2 beverages a large coke & a Peach Lychee Tea will be returning !

My experience today 5/5/24. order to go I got there and I asked the lady for a fork. She told me it’s in the bag when I got home. There was no fork in the bag. I ordered the big plate. When I open it up, there was a small portion of noodles with lots of rice. I ordered broccoli beef. I got six pieces of broccoli and only two pieces of beef terrible portions. On my broccoli, beef portion there was rice underneath. They should start giving more portions sizes. But yet the prices keep going up my experience at panda

Order food online at home, got to the store my food was still not done. Tried to be understandable since they were short staff but then there was only 5 customers at the time inside. Instead of helping me get my food first, they decided to ignore and go on to take other people orders first. I get that yes you should take care of the other customers too but wasn’t I here first and order online first? My food wasn’t even alot. Just 1 bigger plate and a plate yet took over 20 mins for my food to he ready. Plus the portions were small too. Usually I come here the staff is great. Today not so great. Being back the older staff

I only visit 2 locations and this is my main one due to the service. Jenny and Vibiana were amazing there was a lot going on and my rewards was giving issues but that was no problem for these two. They helped me and still were able to service the line of people behind me all with a great attitude and warm smiles. The food is always fresh at this location so if you want good food and great service I recommend coming here.
