My family has always loved popeyes locations. The food is amazing. However, at this location I wish they had more seating available or a menu above the counter instead of just having kiosks. The food is getting pricey here for fast food too. Overall we had a good experience.

It took a while to get my food and they weren’t that busy. Food was good. Dining was hot with the sun shining through the window. And there really wasn’t alot of places to sit. Overall, I will give it a second go. It is Popeyes after all.

Food was exactly what I hoped for. The restaurant was absolutely packed, as it was opening day. And even with all the business of the opening rush, a drive-through line going out of the parking lot, and a lobby packed full of people. I was still in and out of there in like 7 minutes.

Ordered online. Hardly any customers at the time. Took them forever to make my order. Once order said ready for pickup, I went thru the drive thru and it 20 about another 20 minutes just to get my order. Once I got my order, they forgot to even put my Chicken sandwich with the order. So I had to go in and tell them. The chicken was so dry and super hard. This place is terrible. Won’t go back.

Downloaded the app and ordered the app I would say was easy to use , On the other hand I picked up the order and it was supposed to be a 12 piece dark meat got it back to work and there were 6 chicken breasts in it, Even if I had ordered mix I’ve never had half the order chicken breast. So I called to voice my complaint and the manager I understand was probably busy but really didn’t want to address the issue so that’s why I 2 stared the service. The chicken was very dry the French fries were very soggy and inedible. So the 12 pieces there were 4 wings 2 legs and 6 breasts no thighs. Really don’t know if I will be back anytime soon. I will say the beans and rice were good though

I’ll give my true opinion. I think the people there are not but I think it’s because it’s new… if they would have some veteran managers and people have cooked in the chicken business that food would be 100 times better… I’ve gone to Popeye’s out of town and it’s great… I just think the Popeyes in McAlester Oklahoma just needs better experience but I do think that will come in time… it’s going to need higher management to get in their butts and make it a better place and I see that happening within the next 3 to 5 months
