4/5 stars. Good Italian cuisine at a good price! There is a little wait sometimes but it is definitely worth it overall. The $6.99 lunch specials from 11AM-4PM are my suggestion. It comes with two food choices and a drink, what an excellent deal. I haven’t tried the dinner options yet, only lunch ones, but I am interested in doing so in the future. Clean environment and very friendly and accommodating service. The only thing that was not up to par in my opinion was the tea. It was okay but kind of bitter, certainly not like the sweet tea I am used to lol. I have heard that Italian restaurants in general tend to not make their tea really sweet so that could be it. Overall, I would recommend Fazoli’s.

My fiance and I stopped by because we have been craving fazoli’s, and we ate inside because we had extra time. The food was absolutely delicious, cooked too perfection, the staff was very kind and helpful. Also for anyone who doesn’t know, if you’re in a hurry, this location has a drive-thru!

My first time here, and the food was actually much better than I expected and for a decent price. But the cashier was absolutely miserable. The name on my receipt says Brittany C and she basically rolled her eyes at any question I had. Never offered us drinks, as I didn’t know you had to order them separately. Seemed annoyed when I asked for extra sauce, even though I offered to pay for it. Even the CHILD I was having dinner with commented how rude she seemed. Maybe just an off day for her, but as someone who’s worked the food industry around here for 20 years, her demeanor is unacceptable. I’ll be back, but if I gotta deal with her again I’ll be speaking up next time.

So I live right around the corner and I come here pretty often. At one point in time, the lady at the window talked about drugs. I did not come back for a little while. No, I’ll come back tonight and there’s some guy sitting on a milk. Crate behind the restaurant dozing off while a worker in a uniform is right by the speaker where you order. With his phone on speaker talking to some girl telling her he’s over this and how he’s about to break the kitchen down early and all of that. Then waited 16 mins for too simple orders with no one else present. Which after I left, I looped around to see if they were still out there after ordering both my children’s food and the guy complaining on speakerphone by the speaker where you order Was inside so obviously he was the cook Which is super scary by his attitude, demeanor, and what he was talking about on the phone outback. Unfortunately, I already paid, but I will trash this food and take my kids somewhere else.

After standing there for almost 10 minutes, I ended up hollering in back to get service. Then it’s seemed like I was bothering Christians conversation so, I politely said I would dine somewhere else so I didn’t bother the conversation he was having in back. And actually it was my first time in there so guess I found out my answer , was it a good or bad place to grab a bite to eat. Answer . no .

Bread sticks were so good and fresh! They even gave us some in a to go bag. Baked ziti was delicious with lots of cheese on top. They also offer gluten free pasta options.

My first visit and for fast food it was pretty good. I had the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo, I love my pasta with a bite to it, it was spot on for me, the Alfredo sauce was a little weak in flavor but still pretty good. The chicken was dry and needed more flavor, I think it would have been better if it were chopped up and maybe soaked in some of the sauce.
I don’t remember the name of the young lady that waited on us but she was very nice.

The staff did an excellent job. They were hustling with a busy Sunday lunch shift. The food was good, but the chicken was not as fresh as I expected it to be. Only recommendation is to grill it when it’s ordered, don’t prep it ahead of time and reheat it.

They completely changed companies and sauce for their fettuccine and it tasted like cardboard with light tomato sauce. It was nasty. I am completely heartbroken because their fettuccine use to be my absolute favorite. Plus they went up in price. I’m done! BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FETTUCCINE SAUCE.

Wow! I love this place! It’s very affordable and offers quick over the top service. They bring your food to you on real plates. They even grind parmesan cheese fresh. There’s free bread sticks. What more could you want?
