The tip of a glove was baked into the dough of our cheese bread. My husband found it by taking a bite and had to pull it out of his mouth. I can grimace past a hair or something, but this was really an awful experience.

We came with friends after church. The pizza was great and so were the girls working. The place was unbearably cold. If you’ve visited the ICE exhibit at the Gaylord, it felt like that so bring your parka. We weren’t sure what to do about the people frozen in the corner, I think we finished eating and got out just in time. I recommend ordering your food to go or go somewhere else where they believe in using the heater when the outside temperatures are close to freezing.

Workers didn’t care to help and are as stingy as chipotle with toppings. Can’t even cut the pizza correctly and didn’t even ask my daughter if she wanted any extra toppings. They prioritize To-go orders over dining. Also watched 3 other workers stand and watch 1 worker make our pizzas which took forever and we were in a hurry.

UPDATE Jan 2023; We rediscovered a great pizza place after 8 year absence. Last here in 2015 and have been going to the competitions for years. Way back when it wasn’t so good. Today’s meal changed my mind. The salad was way better than one we eat at in recent years. Be sure to get thin crust as it was baked just right. See photos of menu, pie size, salad choices etc.Second visit to this location (2015) for special $5 pie bargain. Got two pies drinks, one salad and one desert. And still had left overs. Busy place fast service during Sat lunch hour Mar 2015. See photos. There was a limited time special Thai BBQ pie that was well worth the trip.

Delivery is broken. This feedback is based on multiple experiences so I am sure this delivery issue isn’t a one-off. The order always used to arrive late however last 3-4 times we had to call the store to check because the order showed ‘delivered’ on the app however we didn’t receive it. The store told us that the doordash driver never came. What is frustrating is that we had to call to find this out. How can the order show delivered when it is still sitting at the store in the oven. We got no apologies or anything as a gesture to makeup for bad customer service. All we got was our COLD pizzas delivered more than an hour later than the promised time. The store seems to blame doordash however I am not convinced and even if it is doordash, I placed the order via pie5 app so I will hold pie5 accountable for proper delivery of my order.

The lady making our pizzas was amazing.She changed gloves twice so there would be no cross contamination. She spread all the ingredients including the sauce perfectly.When I praised her she said she tries to make a pizza she would herself eat. Pizza was delicious. Dining room was clean. I highly recommend this location.
