Hands down the best experience we’ve had at XRISPY CHIX in Watertown! My son absolutely loved his wings – he couldn’t stop smiling the whole time. The chicken was beyond delicious: perfectly crispy on the outside, unbelievably tender and juicy on the inside. You can tell they put real care into their food.
The flavors were spot on, and it’s officially our new favorite spot for wings and fried chicken. The vibe inside is fun and welcoming, and the staff made sure everything was perfect.
And the best part? They’re now open on Sundays from 12 to 6, which makes it even easier for families like ours to enjoy a weekend meal together. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out – XRISPY CHIX truly lives up to its name!

This place is somewhere everyone should be trying. Chicken is cooked perfectly and the southern heat seasoning was amazing. Quite a jump in heat with the Nashville though! I hope this place keeps serving quality food. Wishing them many years of success! I’ll definitely be back!

After being referred here by a friend, I was pleasantly surprised by just how good the chicken was. I ordered the Memphis and the Legend. While many people enjoy extreme heat, I enjoy flavor more. Xrispy Chix has found the perfect combination of both on these 2 flavors. They also have options with less or no heat so don’t worry if you aren’t a spicy eater. But if you are, this place is well worth a try.
The chicken itself was juicy, cooked very well, and the blend of herbs and spices was on point. Their seasoned fries were delicious and the cole slaw was the perfect paring to cool down my mouth in between bites.

Got the Mac N Cheese as a side it was really good, fries seasoned well. One thing that stands apart from places like haven hot chicken or Dave’s is the level of heat isn’t too intense like other chicken spots and is enjoyable to eat without your mouth being on fire.

Both pieces work overcooked and extremely chewy.
They’re also overpriced it’s chicken. It is legendary, legendary bad.
Business must not be that good because when I was in there, you had a special trying to get rid of extra breast meat.

My son had a dentist appointment and ended up missing lunch at school. My husband grabbed something for him on the way back to school, and when I asked what he ate, he said, “We got fried chicken. It was legendary.”

I really wanted to love this place. Seemed like a great idea.
The chicken we got was cooked ok but it was bland. On the menu it shows selecting your heat level but that does not apply to the fried chicken, only sandwiches.
Correction: they were not out of mashed potatoes, they were out of wedges so I got fries. The fries were soggy and had too much of whatever spice they use on them.
The chicken tenders though were really good.
Would love to see some additional sides. Baked beans or potato salad.
I will give them another try after they have been open longer but right now the fried chicken across the street at the grocery store is better.

Sammys and bowls were SO good. Chicken was crispy and saucy at the same time. Good heat level and flavorful. Spiced fries were a great bonus. Most food was cooked to order, so a bit slow, but I’m sure they’ll figure that out after being open for a while longer.
I’m definitely going back soon to try more.

I love this place. Ordered the Double Sammy meal with a milkshake and Mac and cheese. The milkshake could have been thicker, but great flavor. It’s a brand new family owned restaurant, so I’m sure they’re still tweaking things to make it perfect 🙂
