I just posted a picture of the “loaded” Italian sandwich from Arby’s. This is probably the saddest sandwich I’ve ever got, they do not take their time and build the sandwich correctly they did a crappy job.
First off let me say the girl up front that took her order was super sweet very nice, did nothing wrong. I ordered the ” loaded” Italian sandwich and it comes with ham and I don’t like ham so I told them not to put any ham substituted for a different meat that goes on the sandwich. I opened up my sandwich and it had like three pieces of meat total on it. So I brought it back up there to the counter and said the sandwich has only a couple pieces of meat I thought it was supposed to be loaded. They called the manager lady come and talk to me and when I told her she said well you didn’t want the ham and I said yeah so substituted with another meat that already goes on the sandwich, she says well what do you want on it and I said ma’am it doesn’t matter, just a mixture of the other meats that goes on the sandwich to make it loaded. She said well we didn’t know what to put on it. I said okay just put more of the other meat on top, she said it’s just going to be one more piece of each meat. I said wow really so I just told her to give me a roast beef sandwich, so I paid for the loaded BLT sandwich and only wound up getting the roast beef sandwich because I don’t want to deal with that manager’s attitude anymore, I was just ready to leave

We had a great experience at Arby’s in Gallipolis. We order in the drive thru and got top notch service, the individual that took our order was polite, helpful and quick. The food was fresh and excellent, thank you Liam.

Updated Review!
So today my wife and I stopped in for dinner and Arby’s changed their music selection. I’m not a country fan but the music was not distracting and I was able to eat in peace. Thank you for changing the station to less vulgar music .
I normally will never give a fast food restaurant 5 stars but for the fact they do have great customer service and great food and took my last review and made changes I feel they deserve a change from my 3 to 5 star review.
(Old Review)Food and service was great, however the radio station they have playing music plays inoperative music. The music ruined the experience. If you don’t mind bad music or are using the Drive-Thru then I would recommend this Arby’s.

These days fast food restaurants are not that great, but Arby’s in Gallipolis, OH has a really great team. Never in my life have I seen a fast food restaurant that clean. We actually seen the team clean they are outstanding and really care you can tell. The food is also good, doesn’t taste microwave. This store needs a bonus or something they are doing a fantastic job and deserve something a little extra. GREAT JOB!

Have you people lost your frigging mind???
Charging me 51 cents on top of the $8 I paid for my meal to sit down to eat.
The funny part was my order was to go and the cashier hit the wrong button.
I guess there’s an indoor eating button to unchart my bill!
I may never be back to this place again and I love Arby’s all for 51 cents.

Just passing through and drove back across the river because we wanted more options. So glad we did! Everyone there was excellent and Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our food.

Ordered loaded fries with cheese and bacon only, they gave me chicken tenders on top. I went back in to correct my order and they gave me fries with one little squirt of cheese and 2 slivers of bacon pieces. Pathetic. If you’re going to work there, at least do the job right.

Got a Turkey gobbler meal with fried Mac and cheese bites as the side, sandwich was good but the bites were extremely burnt. Had to wait a while and had a slightly difficult time with the employee taking my order, he was lightly over-confused. I work at a near fast food establishment so the service is excusable but the product is the most important piece of the experience, especially when it’s quite expensive. Otherwise an okay experience.

After being told the potato cakes and hamburgers were discontinued we Ordered 1 beef and cheddar classic and large curly fries which were hard as a brick and cold as ice. Come on man! Is it that hard to take pride in your work! Stop sending junk out the window for people to eat!

First off no reason to be out of turnovers at 6pm when u have plenty of time to make them before closing. It’s laziness period! Second if u order 4 sandwiches and ask extra extra Arby’s packs u get handed 4 packs have to go back in and they give u 6 packs. Im sorry but if u wanna be stingy with famous arby sauce then charge atleast so I can get what I need as we use it for fries and sandwiches. After spending over 50.00 I would hope asking for 15 packs shouldn’t be an issue. Customer service isn’t what it used to be and quality is definitely lacking. The other visit last week the chicken nuggets were hard as crap and old my granddaughter couldn’t even eat them it’s a shame. Last chance for this location.
