Just went through drive-thru and ordered the royal classic chicken sandwich. The chicken meat was absolutely disgusting, in fact it was so dark I thought at first that they’d given me a burger. I didn’t order fries, but they gave me stale ones anyway. The only think they managed not to screw up was the Coke, although now I’m suspicious of that and probably won’t finish it. Dude could barely even break away from his private conversation with a coworker long enough to take care of my order.

I decided to write this positive review about this Burger King location. I recently wrote this previous review of this location 9 years ago. I figured I can edit this right now .
Their customer service is amazing. Usually in the early afternoons when I occasionally stop at this location (possibly on a weekday), there is an older lady who is extremely nice and a great worker there. Very fast in the drive thru and the food is made very fast in 2 mins.
The food (hamburgers and the Whopper) here is delicious. Very fresh and cooked perfectly.
I do at times get a Large Dr Pepper from there (if I order the food from DoorDash once in a while). It could be expensive, but the Dr Pepper always tastes great every time I ordered it .
I will definitely order from this location again. I do believe the Burger King employees do a great job and are hard workers at this location ♥️

We went in with a large group after a half day of school today… I cannot tell you how impressed we all were with the service and speed and accuracy. All the workers kept their cool, were pleasant and efficient. It was quite amazing and they all deserve recognition! Thank you for a great day for our kids! It really was all Sponge Bob’s fault lol!

All I ordered was a large fry (which cost a whopping $4.23)
But the reason for this review, I took my first bite and immediately gagged. The smell and taste of cleaning supplies was radiating off the fries, and I couldn’t even eat 1 bite. I still taste Lysol on my breath, I’m very angry.
Whoever cleaned the fryers did not do it correctly.
One of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I ALWAYS have bad experiences at this location, nice people working there, but it’s some of the worst slop I’ve ever eaten in my life. Prison inmates receive better food than they serve at this specific location, it’s been that way for over 10 years now. Honest and true, I can not remember the last time I’ve gotten even moderately decent food from this location, it’s always bad every time. It’s the standard. How they stay in business is beyond me.

Twentyfive years ago I was a whopper making veteran of several thousands of whoppers for a good 16 months period; I know the grind.
It had occurred to me that now the new promotion Burger king sold a chicken parmesan sandwich and therefore they did indeed have the ingredients to make the ultimate sandwich that Burger King has ever made: the Italian chicken sandwich .
I had ordered two chicken sandwiches and we were able to construct it through the excellent help of the front counter worker. I was so that excited I ordered 2 of them!
When I returned home I discovered that 1 of the chicken sandwiches was just an original chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise. Instantly sadness fell over me.
I now had called Burger King to contact the manager Carson.
Carson was able to professionally handle the Italian chicken incident, he replaced my order with speed in proficiency, the day was saved, the sandwich was delicious, and Carson was the hero of the day.
The Burger Kingdom certainly needs more subjects like Carson.

They removed the kids play scape and along with it 90% of their business. It’s a nice place to go if you like that post-apocalyptic vibe like you’re the last person on Earth. Guaranteed there are never more than 0-1 people in dining room. 🙂
