Placed an order the pizza came burnt and unable to eat. Called and spoke with the Manager I didn’t get his name but was a male. He didn’t care about the situation and his attitude was like what do you want me to do about it. I asked for a new order. He said he’ll rush the delivery which was a lie (to another 50min for the new order) and when I got the new order had very minimum ingredients.
I will NEVER order from here again! Am sticking to local small mom & pop pizzeria’s.

Brianna (Manager, cashier) very rude, short-mean conversation, very crabby. She is in the wrong business and shouldn’t be at the cashier station or a manager! I just wanted a gift card and a box. They I go to this pizza every year for the 4 years to get. I get $300 worth of gift cards and small pizza box that they don’t charge me for. She said, “ we don’t sell gift cards or empty boxes.”They don’t sell gift cards? When did this start happening. I called another Pizza Hut and asked if they sold gift cards? She said “yes we do.” I asked do all Pizza Hut sell gift cards. She said “yes they do.”
I told Brianna I was willing to buy a box. I said I’ll order a pizza and you can keep the pizza. Then she said I had to wait to ordered a pizza. 10 minutes later she finally let me order. I got my box. It’s a gift for 7 year old child that loves Pizza Hut. I’ll do my best to get this kid to switch from Pizza Hut. Very disappointing process. It’s Xmas eve and no customer needs this attitude. This year it’s an issue?

I ordered for delivery. I give more than a 30 minute grace window from expected delivery to when I try to call the store to just see if they are on their way. You can’t call direct so I get routed to the store. I wait for 10 minutes while it rings (maybe they’re busy/shortstaffed). No one answers. I call the number back and just request a refund. I’m told I need to call the corporate number. I call the corporate number that says I need to contact them on the website for any customer service. I go on the website and wait for a chat. Elijah sends a refund request to the store and says I will hear back between 1-3 business days. I need to wait 1-3 business days before the store confirms I get a refund?! Elijah says he has no more information and I won’t be getting confirmation that we had this conversation. Sad (and still hungry) customer service experience.

I ordered a big new yorker this afternoon. I was very disappointed. Pizza was dry all sauce and crust. Could not even see the cheese nor taste it. A big joke. I took it back and got a replacement no better over cook bad bad quality. I can say I got one on the north side and was very satisfied so I will return to that location. Hopefully that location will keep me pleased. Please tell your employees to put more cheese on the pizzas. Making a pizza isn’t rocket science.

I have been charged for my pizza that is a 50$ order and have never gotten my order. This was Christmas eve. I’m still on hold to talk to anybody in charge. Christmas eve my father and several others had the door slammed in their face when they showed up to find out after 3+hrs to find their deliveries. Good luck trying to get anybody to answer any call if u need. -Zero stars

If I could give this no stars I would. I placed an order around 6pm while the store was open. Dasher was AT the store and they kept telling them it’ll be another 45 min. Well door dash cancelled the order bc it was taking so long. I tried calling the store and the employees DELIBERATELY wouldn’t pick up their phone. I even had the call center try to call them and they didn’t answer. I constantly have issues with this location but their app does not let me select a different location. My food constantly arrives cold. They took the money and I waited 3 hours and never received my food. This location is absolutely ridiculous and the employees are very rude, have constant excuses, and almost can never seem to know what is going on in their store or where a manager is.

Called to try to get a deal on a medium pizza. The lady acted like she couldn’t even help me. She told me it was gonna be $18 for one topping medium pizza. I told her I asked about the seven dollar deal. She said there’s no medium pizzas for around $18 dollars for a one topping pizza is outrageous

Would give 0 stars. Ordered online at 6pm .. upon arrival 45 mins later – I waited in store for over 20 mins to not even recieve ALL of my order. Had to go back inside .. and wait EVEN LONGER.. crazy. I would rather have taken a refund on the missing food ATP!

This is unsettling given the fact that I can order a one topping medium pan style for $8 on their website. Even accounting for adding three additional toppings that would put me maybe at around 19 or $20 if I had ordered online.
