Mediocre Turkish food. Maybe just the best in the area. We ordered takeout by phone and there was literally no customers at lunch time on a Sunday. Had a wait a bit longer than quoted. We split a real doner combo plate $38 between 2 people. It came with every type of meat, salad, and pita bread. The sauce was the best thing lol. Skewers were both kind of dry. The lamb/beef doner (basically gyros) and kofte were the better meats. At least nothing was salty and relatively healthy. Small/medium sized, hole in the wall looking restaurant. There’s indoor and covered outdoor seating. Order at the counter, self serve, open seating. Free street parking. I don’t recommend

If you want real authentic turkish food and a family friendly environment, come here. It seems like this place is still a hidden gem. I used to come here all the time 10 years ago The food and service is still amazing as before. The owner is very kind.
We had a large party on a friday night and the place was mostly empty, lots of take out orders though. I think it’s because it’s just outside the edge of downtown Petaluma. If you love turkish coffee, he is a master at making it. We ate family style and shared combo plates and appetizer combos, dolmas, salmon and ciggeretos. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends and enjoy a perfect meal. I am glad this is still here.
Come here to enjoy the food with good company. To people that complain about slow service, outdated furniture or overpriced food, this isn’t a fast food junk place! The food is fresh with quality and made with love. When things are cooked fresh they take longer to prepare.

Absolutely 5/5. This is an owner-operated spot where quality comes first — and it shows. The food is made with care, so yes, it’s not “fast food,” but it’s worth every minute. Portions are extremely generous for the price, making it a fantastic value. Some reviews calling it slow or pricey are missing the point: you’re getting top-tier flavor, freshness, and quantity here. A true gem.

Everything I’ve tried has been excellent—both meat and vegetarian options. The staff are very friendly and kind. The atmosphere is cozy and authentic. The portion sizes are great. Check it out!

Has the feel of being back in Turkey with local small Cafe charm. Their Donor is the closest you will get outside of the country. Good size portions and variety just like you would see in Turkey! Food so good you won’t need salt. Comfortable seating outside and inside. I love the smell of this place

The falafel is flavorful and smooth, almost rich. I got it to go for my ride home, I appreciated the long, skinny, neatly rolled tube of deliciousness, each bite more tantalizing than the previous. The people who worked there and the owner had kind smiles and it felt like a lovely place. Next time I’ll try adding a little hot sauce!

The food is really good here. They have Turkish coffee as well.
Service is a little slow, but the guy is also running a one man show.
Walked out with a happy belly!

They open at 11am but aren’t really ready for service until 11:30. Place is a little grimey and the chairs on the patio are uncomfortable. Service is slow.
Ordered the Combo plate to share, it was good but overpriced. I’d suggest the doner wrap.

Food was more than solid and service was very friendly, albeit a little slow. It seemed like a family run place. The hummus especially was super tasty but everything was a smidge expensive in my humble opinion. There was a little confusion on how much we owed too, so it was a little weird leaving. But the space is really relaxing. So there was some great and some not great. Worth a stop for sure
