I dont know why it sounded like that one guy was expecting wingstop to drop what they were doing and deliver the food personally or give him a refund on delivery fee…wingstop doesn’t have dedicated drivers they rely on third parties like doordash you should really have called them. And with the amount you said you ordered, it sounds like you should’ve picked it up yourself. And coming in to attack the employee by video recording him and review bombing the restaurant is honestly pathetic of you
Yeah it takes awhile to get your food but the place is cooked to order they only have so many deep fryer baskets and when there’s also 10 people ordering at once its gonna take a while. But be patient the food is fantastic I haven’t had a bad meal yet and when you’re not trying to video record them for internet clout and validation the workers are pretty chill

Me and my friends comes here all the time and the workers welcome us everytime. Food is always fresh and good. Definitely my favorite wing stop! Very friendly staff

I placed an online order ahead of time for 3pm. I arrived at 2:55 and they told me they were still working on it. Staff is very sweet but I had to wait an additional half an hour to receive my food. The lobby was not busy only around 2 people in here when I walked in. The real kicker is people who came in after me were getting their food before me!

This store is so much better then before, I love everything about this store, the workers were really nice and outgoing, the manager I believe his name is jose was such a sweet young man, he even opened the door for me and my family, that was really nice, food was so on point. I will definitely go back again

I come here often, because they just opened up around the corner from my house. I am going to stop coming here though because they constantly get my order wrong! They never give me the right dipping sauce & most the time I order two and only get one. I ask for extra season or well don’t it’s never done. I call the store to get answers and no one answers. It’s very unfortunate! The workers there also don’t seem to care. I’ll drive 20 minutes to the next nearest location before coming back to this one.

What a dreadful experience! I used Uber eats as they had a buy one get one free deal for wings. So I ordered it. They gave the driver the wrong order. Obviously I was upset. Uber eats did not honor a second buy one get one free deal so Wingstop said just put one order in and they’ll put the second one in for free because they screwed up. Which I did so what did Uber order deliver? Only one order of wings because Wingstop straight up a second time! This would be the first and only time I ever use this company. I called up to complain the second time and then we’re not very helpful. Finally agreed to refund my money which I’m still waiting for it. I’m sure I’ll have to call back tomorrow and fight for that some more. I’m sure I’m just wasting my breath.
