I love the food from here, 80% they get everything great amazing. No issues but my last two orders which i gotten delivered from uber eats, had some issues. One blt sandwich had a hair in it and another sandwich with multiple pieces of eggshells in it!

Great sandwiches and wraps! Stopped in for lunch today (Friday). Lots of options! Quick service. Wife ordered the “No Name” and I ordered the “Grubfather” The owner has the “operation” down to a science with all the options available! Great spot!

I don’t know if the food here is good or not. But the staff is very rude. I came to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. I simply asked, «Is my order ready yet?» To which they replied, «Don’t wait, someone else will pick it up.» Very hospitable.

Got a egg n cheese on a roll with s,p,k and mayo. With a cherry patry they had next to the register. This would be my go to deli for a bec in the mornings. Will come back for lunch next time.

Lots of delis call themselves “gourmet.” Not many stack up to this place. Look, it’s not cheap by any means. But the food is top tier. The hardest part is picking one. I actually just had to stop halfway through eating “The Pesci” to write this review. I am actually having fun eating this. You’re looking at around 20 bucks for lunch but everywhere is expensive nowadays.
I haven’t tried their breakfast yet, but the breakfast menu looked tantalizing. I will definitely be back to try that out. The lady who took my order was also super polite and just overall nice. Which isn’t as common nowadays. Kudos to Pantanos. I’ll be back soon.

The lemonade was top tier! I’d go back just to get it. (Went back and lemonade was not the same )Very welcoming environment, the food was presented well, the packaging was convenient, staff was helpful. The fries were fresh. I ordered the New York Philly cheesesteak it looked really good and I was excited to try it but unfortunately didn’t really enjoy it. It wasn’t well seasoned and there was too much onions. Tasted like something you’d make at home purposely with no salt/seasoning for the purpose of being healthy.
Went back today and the hostess was super sweet in letting me know that you have to request salt and pepper!! Had a bagel with tuna which I usually enjoy from the Garden city location, the tuna wasn’t quite the same but we love a good bagel Enjoyed the lemonade last time so I got it again but It just didn’t taste the same. The customer service is amazing so I just feel like I gotta give them another chance some other time

Now THIS is a BECSPK. It’s been years since I’ve had a great egg sandwich, and I’ve been searching, and this one takes the win. So happy to finally have a new go-to for such a classic Long Island breakfast. The bacon, which they don’t skimp on, is cooked perfectly crispy without having ask- most places I have to ask for bacon well done and they still can’t do it. Roll was super fresh, eggs cooked perfect, and they use real american cheese- Pantano’s delivered!!! If they put as much care into their other menu items as they do a simple bacon egg and cheese, this may be my new favorite Deli spot and I’m looking forward to finding out!

This place was great accommodating my hockey team last minute. Hector (the manager) was responsive and helpful to get my order on time! The food was also delicious!
