I recommend the lasagna and the tortellini
I was surprised when I got to the destination. Although I’m very familiar with a few restaurants right in that area, I was surprised to see that one there.
Seating was very quick. I was told to take a seat wherever I liked. Upon sitting, I was given the menu. I saw the veal parmesan photos on Google, but I asked a server if that would be a good choice or if the veal piccata would be better on my stomach for the next morning’s race. She recommended the chicken piccata. She also recommended the chicken soup instead of the salad. I added a bruschetta balsamic salad as an appetizer. Knotted bread was also given.
The knotted bread and salad were great. The chicken piccata was very light in a buttery/lemon-flavored sauce. The veal was so tender, I was able to cut it with a fork. Although I was eating veal, pasta, bread, and salad, the meal wasn’t heavy on my stomach overall.
I only ate half my meal. I boxed up the other half, telling a server that I accidentally found this place, but I’m definitely going to return. I cashed out at the front, and then I went home.
Overall, it was an excellent dining experience. To be surprised like that, just searching for a place on Google is very rare. I am definitely going to return, sooner than later.
My wife had shrimp and clam sauce over fettuccine. I had sausage and peppers parmigiana.
We definitely will be back.
Hidden in plain sight, Bella Serra isn’t just another Italian restaurant—it’s a full sensory experience that hits you from the moment your dish arrives. My pasta sampler came out sizzling, literally, in a ceramic oven-safe dish that looked straight out of a Tuscan kitchen. The heat was still dancing off the surface when the server set it down, releasing a cloud of aroma so rich it practically whispered mangia.
Each section of the sampler was its own story: the lasagna—a masterpiece of layered indulgence with cheese stretching like slow-motion mozzarella poetry; the cannelloni, velvety and savory, with just enough béchamel to make you question every diet you’ve ever tried; and the manicotti, soft and soul-hugging, wrapped in that perfect sauce balance of tang and comfort.
The vibe? Think warm lighting, low conversation hum, and a soundtrack that makes you want to sip your wine just a little slower. Bella Serra doesn’t rush you—it invites you to linger, to twirl your fork, to be.
By the time dessert arrived (yes, get the tiramisu—trust me), I wasn’t just eating dinner; I was living a scene out of an Italian daydream.
✨ Final Verdict: Bella Serra serves nostalgia on a sizzling plate. Come hungry, stay long, and bring someone who understands that pasta is not a meal—it’s a mood.
