Placed a mobile order, when I got to the pick up window she asked me to pull forward and was gone. I pulled forward and waited for our food. A different girl brought it out, and I asked her if I could get some extra ketchup, salt, and the napkins. She went back inside and got them for me. very nicely. , but our food was not warm in the bag and after waiting for our food, you think it would be warm.

Went for lunch. When driving up, it was very hard to tell if they were opened. The employee was quick to take my order through the drive thru and was friendly. I got a bacon cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks. Came out quick but looked thrown together and mozzarella sticks tasted old.

When I got there, I wasn’t sure they were even open. There were no cars and no people. Went through the drive thru. Ordered a #9 chicken sandwich combo. The poor chicken looked like it had been through it! Maybe, not sure but almost like they had cooked it and it sat there and when I ordered it they threw it back in the fryer. I thought maybe the grease to but my fries were good. My fries were all dumped in the bag sideways. Ughhh. I did try to order cheesy tots but was told they didn’t have any. Disappointed because I really wanted to try them. Service was ok. She looked like she was doing it all by herself so I didn’t get a total til I drove up to the window. So all in all it was a 3 experience for me.

Listen to this staff they are on the money! I was gonna ask for something else, but the operator offered me a better combo! Their take out is 100%, I’d wager the atmosphere inside is positive aswel-
Never had anyone offer an item like they did and it was very much like a cool item or one that a courier didnt come get- either way sold!

The young man at the front was so nice to me and the food it was actually cooked to order I ate half of it before I could figure out how to take the picture but it was great and I loved it and they were very friendly

Fish was cold & fries were cold. They use the parking lot to habitually expedite their drive thru orders. It’s lazy and ineffective. Why? Because it relieves them of the responsibility and accountability for timely, efficient, quality and delivering correct orders. In fact. I still had to get out of my car to go inside (along with another customer) to fix orders.

Gave us the wrong food didn’t notice until we were home drove back was then given the food that had been sitting under the light that entire time one of those was wrong so then I get one remade fresh burger the other burger had sat 30 plus minutes the younger gentleman was the only one trying to fix it where the two woman thought it was funny made remarks about me when all I said was can you fix this. Save your money go anywhere else. Also they were out of a few things I originally wanted so I settled to get served nasty food. And to the younger gentleman thank you for trying. I’d go downtown probably getter better pay and treatment.

I’ve come here pretty often, some days they aren’t great but today they earned a good review, I got the bacon king and added a few things, never have I seen such a perfect burger come out looking the way this one did, no pics because I already destroyed it but it was so well put together. The woman that gave me the food was so quick and sweet. Amazing.

Slow and quiet when I went, staff were friendly and SUPER CHILL, hands-down the best fast food meal I’ve ever had, burger was phenomenal, perfectly cooked, fries were crispy and well-seasoned, 10/10.
