Very nice, good food, always check their hours. The menu selections are excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. Food comes out quickly and is nicely presented. The restaurant is always clean. The wife says the frijoles are to die for. You can call in your order if you want take out. Chips and salsa are free with your meal. Staff is attentive, but not overly. This is a great little Mexican Restaurant. Located in Parsons Kansas, easy to find and plenty of parking.

The cheese dip is awesome, the drinks are great but the food was lacking it’s normal flavor. I got the shrimp and steak fajitas; the portions were tiny and the meat was way overcooked. This was probably a one off so I gave it 4 stars. Also, The service is always exceptional.

Authentic Mexican food and it’s great. They have the very best chips and salsa of anywhere I’ve ever eaten – bar none. Sometimes there is a waiting line but it moves pretty quickly. Their service is second to none and food is brought to you in record time. The staff are plentiful and are always pleasant and friendly. The restaurant is clean and orderly. There is also a bar there where you can enjoy your favorite drink or beer while waiting for a table. The only thing I don’t agree with about this place is that the wait staff pools the tips received and then divides it up at the end of the day. In my opinion if you receive exceptional service and offer a sizeable tip, your waiter-waitress only receives a portion of it. Seems to me that a waiter-waitress should receive all of the tip he/she has earned. Nothing more, nothing less… Try this place. You’ll be glad you did. I am a local resident and customer and eat there often.

Very cozy. Able to take big groups of people. Waiters and waitresses are very kind. The food is usually exceptional. The environment is very sanitized and tidy. Kid friendly, but does not have a play place for children. There is a bar for alcoholic beverages that is separated from the main eating area. Altogether an extraordinary place to be!

The food is okay, nothing mind blowing, but the meats were very high quality for a small town, and the vegetables were definitely fresh. Great atmosphere and staff as well. The prices are the only thing preventing five stars. 13$ for a steak chimichanga. Not 13$ quality.

This place….YUM!! One of the best in the area, if not the best. Must try their crisp flour taco, cant find one anywhere near, they are AMAZING!!! Also the chimi, its huge and very tasty. Everything here is homemade and it shows. Prices are very reasonable as well. There’s not much in Parsons to do, but we will definitely go out of our way to eat here!

We finally made it to Ernesto’s. Food was good, service was wonderful and yummy salsa, especially the hot. I’m more of an Ala carte person, so was sad to see that it was only full meals and no individual options. Overall, really good food.

Well I came in on a Friday night, just wanted to sit by myself at the bar and have a good meal. Apparently they only serve two appetizers at the bar. Kinda disappointed. Oh and the bar tender got my beer wrong. Yall just lost a good customer. Good luck.
