I ordered the shrimp bag and it was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. You can really taste the quality, and the spice level was spot on.
They also have a surprisingly great selection of craft beers, which is a nice touch and pairs perfectly with the seafood. Prices were more than fair for the quality and portions—definitely a solid value.
Highly recommend!
From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The food is absolutely incredible — full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly cooked. You can really tell they take pride in their dishes. The service? 100 out of 10! The staff is super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. If you have any questions, they explain everything with patience and a smile. Overall, the experience was flawless.
Menu – Get them fixed. No one wants to see prices printed then written in faded ball point pin the new increased price.
The ambiance was nice and appeared that everyone was having a good time.
Wait time was about an hour, 18% charge to parties of 6 or more. Really, you know most people tip 20% +, but ok, I’m not tipping more if you’re telling me im getting penalized because I’ve got 6 people with me.
Lastly, the food. The portion size was ok to split a tray but not accurate. The castaway feeds 3-4 for $99 the Captains choice 1-2 for $50. Potatoes over boiled and watery inside, corn was not sweet and tasted like the rest of the meal.
Chicken wings are good dry rub, onion rings are good and thick cut slices, pasta was over cooked mess. Dipping sauce is very sweet.
Spicy 5 was equal to very light heat. Everything had the same taste, which was not flavorful. Well done on the lobster tail, which was rubbery. Shrimp was the only thing that tasted like seafood. Crab was Dungeness, so tiny amounts of meat, but again, no taste.
All in all, it’s not worth 250.00 dollars tab for one visit. I’ll stick to Snow Crab in Temecula.
The food took less than 15 minutes, the garlic lemon sauce is tasty and very delicious, shrimps, clams and crab fries was great, portions are good and the sauce is very tasty, definitely a great experience and would love to try everything on the menu, the manager was so nice and welcoming and personally welcomed us and made sure we had no complaints!
Thank you for the great hospitality and taste
