I recently visited this Buffalo Wild Wings GO location and had a disappointing experience. I walked in as a paying customer and presented a $10 coupon I had received from another Buffalo Wild Wings location in Forsyth. The supervisor, Jordan, told me they could not accept it because they had never seen one like it and claimed there was no code. After returning to my car to double-check, I found that the coupon did in fact have a code and brought that to his attention. He then stated they could not honor it because their store is a franchise and not affiliated with the Forsyth location.
I completely understand that different locations may have different policies, and I was not upset that the coupon couldn’t be used. What bothered me was the lack of effort to help in any way. No alternative, no suggestion, no attempt to contact someone higher up — just a refusal. In today’s world, kindness and customer service matter. I wasn’t asking for anything free or unreasonable, just to feel valued as a customer who chose to visit this new local location instead of driving 20 minutes to another one.
I left feeling dismissed over a $10 coupon, which is unfortunate because I live nearby and was hoping this would become my go-to spot. I hope management encourages staff to show more flexibility, empathy, and willingness to help customers in the future. Do better.

Shoutout to Brandi at Buffalo Wild Wings — she is truly top-tier. Brandi is AMAZING. She’s efficient, friendly, warm, and always welcoming from the moment you walk in. My order is always right the first time, cooked exactly how I ask, and I never have to repeat myself. That alone says a lot.
She makes sure I get all of my food, reminds me about my points, and her energy with her coworkers is unmatched — you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. Honestly, Brandi is the main reason I keep coming back to this location over and over again. Great service like hers makes the entire experience better every single time. I did a DoorDash order got a buffalo chicken wrap some mozzarella sticks and a burger and all of it was extremely cold. The cheese on the burger wasn’t even melted. The cheese on the wrap was not melted the mozzarella sticks I’m pretty sure they weren’t even done all the way the food was extremely cold like it had been sitting on standby I will never ever order or go back to this place again I’m very disappointed I guess I should of read the reviews first

We have ordered several times since they have opened up. It’s been great everytime. We even ordered on the fly 100 wings for our daughter’s birthday party and it was great! Called order in 2 days ahead. Picked up pizza and went to get my wings. Employee couldn’t find my order, even though it was in their computer. Told me he would bring it to me in my vehicle in 20 min. I went in 30 min later to inquire, I was told they didn’t have my order and they would refund my money. Went home without wings and with cold pizza. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

First time here. Should have read the reviews first so that I could double check my order ..when ordering they have the radio so loud that the poor girl taking your order can’t hear…I like my wings to have sauce on them but i don’t want it swimming in the sauce. Order was half wrong, was already home in Findlay before I realized it. So alright for the most part but definitely not worth the 55 bucks for two people.

Wings are what you expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings. Good, fresh, and cooked to perfection. I’m a big fan of my boneless being nice and crispy, but not burnt. My meal was done 15 minutes sooner than the quoted time and staff was attentive and friendly. Will be back!

Food was fresh, hot, and delicious! Order was correct and everything tasted just like past experiences at other Buffalo Wild Wings. My food was ready about 25 minutes past the time given when I placed the order but I didn’t mind waiting knowing they opened recently. Other customers seemed patient and ok with the wait as well. Music was a little too loud, it was hard to hear them calling names for orders that were ready.
