Kind of a hidden gem that’s not really hidden. It’s just good old fashioned café food. I had biscuits and gravy with eggs over easy and a cup of coffee. Nothing fancy, just good eats.

A small group of us stopped after a hiking in Deception Pass. The vibe i classic diner. The food was high quality. I was excited to see half pound burger on the menu. The cod was freshly breaded. Truly a gem.

This rating is based on the Corner Restaurant. We love the service each time. It is amazing food and great environmental consciousness with remaining to use their reusable dishes. The restaurant is family friendly and a great joy to be seated. We come back time and time again from out of town just for the service.

Outstanding fish and chips (Crispy), vegetables, tarter sauce, French fries, cup of prime rib barley soup, garlic toast. Outstanding service, Charlene one of the best servers, excellent customer service, this place is spotless clean and menu selection is a 10. Will be back for dessert as the carrot cake sounds outstanding.

Watched the NFL NFC conference championship game here and I’m glad I did. Vibe was like being in my own living room with other Seahawks fans with a bartender serving food and drinks. I’m glad we came and would watch other sports games here again. To the staff thank you !

Absolutely one of the best chicken fried steaks I’ve had in a long time. Absolutely the best and the most friendly waitresses cooks and people you’ve ever met. I highly recommend stopping into the bar and saying hi to the bartender. You’ll have the best waitress in the world in the restaurant while you enjoy your food

Mostly come here for breakfast which is really good. But tried a bacon cheeseburger for lunch and was excellent. Pepperjack cheese rocks and it’s one of the few places that has it.

So I had seen a friend’s post about how good this place was, so I decided to try it … well, it was ok. I had the cfs, and im sure it was just a frozen patty deep-fried, but most are . The gravey was just ok, too. The eggs were cooked the way I like, however, so there’s that . The hash browns were crispy and not soggy, perfect for my runny eggs. Service was dare I say ok … lol I think she was there alone and working about 10 tables at once, so I’m not gonna say anything other than I got what needed. Ok, so the price is high, but I get it. I’m old, and this ain’t the 90s, and they need to make money, but man, breakfast used to be relatively cheap now, its dinner prices. I’m not sure I’d go back if I’m being real, but I can see why people like it, and you should try it to if you’re in the neighborhood.

I counted seven cameras, watching me as I sat in the booth. I ordered a fried sampler plate, it looks like the oyster was grabbed off the floor. The shrimp were absolutely disgusting and the fish I could squeeze the oil out of. The beer was flattened, questionable flavor, which was sad because it was one of my favorite beers that is on tap locally here and somehow they ruined it. I wouldn’t have even bothered to review if it weren’t for all the cameras that were watching us. That was absolutely ridiculous and I should’ve just walked away. But maybe people get rowdy in there and they need cameras for lawyers or something who knows

We stopped at the corner restaurant after a hike. Very friendly service and tasty, home style brunch food. The whole place had a comforting country diner feel.
Only 3 stars for not taking COVID precautions seriously. They have multiple signs on the door saying mask required. However, our server was wearing a sheer fabric mask (which does nothing to protect other people), and you could see through the window in the kitchen door that the cooks weren’t wearing masks either. (It’s not like they had them and pulled them down below their nose/mouth, they just weren’t wearing masks at all).
