Tried Burger 21 at Windmill Parc Dr and wow—OMG that was a good burger! The beef burgers are 100% halal, which is amazing to find in Sterling. The patty was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.
You can really taste the quality. The place is clean, the service is friendly, and the menu has plenty of options. Definitely one of my new go-to spots when I’m craving a great burger. Highly recommend!

Great burger place! First time trying Burger 21. The spicy thai shrimp was amazing! So was the Pops burger, and the onion strings! Service was great, friendly staff, quick service. Looking forward to trying more menu items!

Cool burger joint. The kid behind the counter wasn’t the friendlies. However we quickly forgot about that when we got out food. The burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Juicy and we’ll seasoned. Their selection of sauces was really good too (Thai ketchup = good, toasted marshmallow = not a fan). Definitely recommend a stop here.

For lunch, BUR.GER 21 for the first time! Angus beef (Halal), “hand-crafted, highest-quality burger creations”. The burgers and Patty Melt were outstanding, not too greasy or dry. Their tater tots were super crispy, and you had a choice of 10 different dipping sauces on the self-serve counter. Aside from the usual popular sodas from a dispenser, they also have Boylan craft sodas in bottles made with pure cane sugar. I asked about the cappuccino machine next to the shake machine, but the manager said it was currently out of order.

This man brings a vibe to the restaurant like no other. You could be down in the dumpster feels but this man can light up your day like a comet in the empty vastness of space. Now onto the food, espectacular, props to the chefs in the kitchen making the magic happen. The burgers were well prepared and cooked to perfection. Now, I don’t know what company is supplying y’all with the sauces but please keep getting them. Great stuff, if you haven’t been yet then what are you doing? Get your burgers at burger 21 right now. Had to take one star out for one particular employee that doesn’t seem to put her heart into the job but she was the only outlier, everyone else was cheerful, gentle, and respectful!

Oh man, great place by the Dulles Town Center. Wide variety of burgers (beef, chicken, seafood, vegetarian) with different meats and combinations. Fries are potato or sweet potato. Drinks are either bottled or fountain. The hand washing station at the entrance is a clever and unique touch. Kudos Burger 21. Great taste, great customer service, great decor and ambiance. I expected a bigger burger for the price. Overall it was a good experience. I will be back. I strongly recommend. Good for the whole family.

Burger was raw… see picture. The burger was also lacking in seasoning. This is a burger place and they don’t know how to cook a burger. For 20 bucks you’re better off going somewhere else like five guys down the street. At least their meat is cooked and edible. Been coming here since they’ve been open and slowly they’ve been going downhill. Their burgers have no flavor and are either over cooked or not cooked. lol. I’m not wasting money here again.

I’m a picky person when it comes to eating burgers but this by far is my favorite and only place I’ll order a burger. They always ask how we like it and if it’s medium/ well done which ever you choose they’ve gotten it correct each time which has been one of my reasons why I’m hesitant with order burgers. The staff is always nice and always greet me when I enter which puts the mood light. They also have many sauce choices to choose from I highly recommend trying the sweet potato fries with toasted marshmallow sauce!

went to burger 21 with the fam since it was their first time trying it, we ordered at the screen and ordered cups but never received them. i ask the cashier for the cups and he just stared at me blankly. i did the same back and then he gave me attitude asking what type of cups? soda cups? like sir yes i ordered them and he gives me the cups then forgets the lids. i ask for the lids n he did the same stare then got them. when a white family was leaving he gave them a very warming exit while me being hispanic and my family too i get tone n attitude asking for cups? no thank youuuu
