That guy that travels a bit
The lady at the counter was very rude on Memorial day at 11 am.
We ordered two bowls and pot stickers, the food did NOT even come out together.
The pot stickers are deep fried which means they are NOT pot stickers they are fried dumplings.
Food was ok at best, vegetables were cold in a hot food bowl. At about 6 bites. 1 pot stickers and threw the rest away.
We will never be back and definitely won’t recommend.

Did carry out. The bowls were absolutely delicious but our potstickers had to be thrown away they were so burnt. Overall good though!

This was my first visit to teriyaki madness in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and my cousin’s second visit to this location. Becky was our server and was absolutely amazing for customer service. She not only went above and beyond in making sure we got what we wanted, but we heard her going above and beyond for other customers as well! We will recommend this location to anyone in need of a wonderful and different meal option. Keep Becky!! She is awesome!!

Pretty busy patient but when it came time for my order to be up, the lady up front who was great. She asked if my apps were done and what seemed to be a white lady said probably not, with not another care about it. so I watched other orders go out that came after mine, this lady had no desire or care that how she came about to customers. But your front lady did a great job. I really hope that lady In the back was not a manager just a poor job in response to customers

Their QR code special offers and discounts rarely, if ever, work. You get put into a loop of ordering food, getting to checkout, and not getting the discount the QR code specifically sent you to the page for. The food is fine, the employees often wear earbuds so they aren’t even paying attention. Convienently, they can’t help you with any online or app orders if the discount codes aren’t working – go figure.

Food is ok little greasy wait time took a Lil longer lots of door dashers and Uber eats pickups coming and going got the Jr chicken teriyaki bowl with a regular drink. the price on the bowl is Lil high recommend regular size but your better off going to kwickstar or get n go for a drink way cheaper 3.00 for a drink u can a 2 liter at Walmart for less .

The staff was kind and patient as they helped me build my perfect bowl. Many places don’t cook tofu properly, but it was delicious at Teriyaki Madness! The atmosphere was laid-back and the lobby was clean. What else can you ask for?! I highly recommend stopping here!

We had a late lunch. I got the regular chicken teriyaki with fried rice and husband got the same in the spicy variety. I thought it was just what I needed. As I wasn’t able to finish while eating there due to being full, I can assure you it also reheats well. We will be back again for more yum.
