Delicious meat and three place with friendly staff. Ditch the fast food and get you a good meal.

Local hometown restaurant with excellent friendly southern hospitality. The lunch buffet looked good but I went with the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, fries and tea. It was all really good.

Just a down home mom and pop style diner. We stopped in for breakfast while in Jasper. Great service and good food served quickly.

Semi-mediocre experience that I am unsure about giving another chance (might try breakfast). Service was very friendly, but slow. Food priced right, onion rings deliciously perfect, but rest (BBQ and baked beans) was lukewarm at best. Place itself is on the dingy side. I normally like mom-n-pop places that range from hole-in-the-wall to “has character”, but the verdict, although clearly in with all the much older other patrons, remains out for me. I hope to update this review more favorably sometime.

My grandfather tried calling Gabby’s Restaurant TWICE today and went over there to talk to someone. However, the workers were not interested in talking to him. Therefore, he left there, and we are not coming back ever again. I am going to write to the Better Business Bureau about their behavior today.

Lovely staff, great home cooked meals. I suggest the buffet/cafeteria style. Prices are extremely reasonable. The chicken, okra, and green beans are what I had

No one is in a hurry to serve you or check on you to see if you need anything. Takes forever for anyone to even acknowledge your existence when you first sit down (it’s a seat yourself). Then you wait until you grow even older before you get a menu or even a greeting.
If you’re not in a hurry and not particularly hungry at the moment. This is the place for you. Because you can relax at your table and build up an appetite while you wait for any service.
