I came in today Saturday, 2/28/26, for breakfast and I have to say whoever was the cook woke up in a great mood because our breakfast burritos were “top notch”. So fresh, flavorful and nice and filled. It was a bit of a wait, but well worth it because the food and customer service was great.

Order online. Got to the drive through and was asked to pull up. There was a car ahead of me, probably about 10 minutes waiting before they got their order. I pull up and get my order. Just as I assumed, food was lukewarm. Why is so hard to park a car for a drive thru order? Doesn’t matter if you order online or not, you’re going to have to wait anyways.

Never have ate here before & was passing through figured let’s try it. First the pricing was very decent compared to other fast food places. We had a bacon breakfast burrito was huge and delicious. Staff was very nice and pleasant.

Went to pick up food about 1hr before closing time. Taco burgers were sloppy, and fries were so hard and old. I’m pretty sure they are reheating old fries. Sad because Bob’s is usually delicious. Past 2 times have been this way. This was paradise location take more pride people

The taco burgers are ok but not that much meat in them and really disappointed with the large Chile cheese fries. It’s more like a small. Won’t be ordering those again if that is a large.

Very rude manager. There has been two different occasions where I’ve had the wrong order, not enough items. One was through the drive thru I had asked for 8-10 taco burgers I can’t remember the amount. I was short a couple and the manager argued with me while in the line that she “ counted the tacos” and “knows it’s the right amount because she made them” we argued and she finally gave me the missing tacos. I’m not worried about how much I pay I just need the right amount I paid for.
Today was the same issue this time I paid for 8 Chile dogs and other items. It was a call in order so I went inside the store to pay and pick up. I went to car and counted all my items because of my last experience there. Again I was missing 2 Chile dogs. I went inside and let the young ladies know I am missing 2 Chile dogs. The same female manager was in the back arguing that she made that order and there was 8 Chile dogs.
If there is a GM or someone higher than her please communicate with this female manger her attitude, argumentative demeanor is very disrespectful. I work in customer service and mistakes are done, I understand it happens but I don’t like to be treated like I’m trying to steal some Chile dogs that are 1.40 on Wednesday.
