Great food and service! We ordered and the cashier and floor workers checked on our table throughout our meal. They offered free custard and mints during our meal. The food was hot, fresh, and quickly made. After our meal, we ordered concrete custards. The salad/toppings bar is amazing!

Stopped here for our first lunch of the year in Huntsville.
Genuinely delicious! As always, I picked the Blue Cheese burger for my first visit (blue cheese burgers are always a good indicator of how much a place cares about taste, as it’s difficult to get right) and it was amazing! Full of flavor with the patty cooked to perfection.
They have a toppings bar where you also get to choose the toppings you’d like on your burger and fries. As a British human I was delighted to see “Salt & Vinegar” as a spice shaker AND malt vinegar in the toppings bar. This is EXTREMELY rare in the USA and I was overjoyed to be able to choose this for my meal. Please never take this away Bobby’s!
Also the Ranch. Oh my goodness me. Best ranch I’ve had. Bar none. The ranch here is worth the visit alone.
I’ve gushed enough for now, but this place has hastily made it to the top of my list for burger joints in Huntsville. Go visit!

This is definitely worth the trip if you are in the area. I’m not a huge fries person, but they have some of the best I’ve had. The bacon burger was delicious along with the sweet tea! Who do i petition to get one in the Shelby county area?!!!
I would definitely suggest giving this place a try. My coworker said the chicken fingers were on point as well.

Hey! This place is Great! Great energy, whole team was working hard, handing out samples.
Toppings bar is clean and fresh and you can make a nice little side salad (shhhh) tons of sauces, kids loved making combination dips. And delicious and affordable custard is right there!
Pricing was more than reasonable and we had a great outing and laid 30% less than we usually would.
Highly highly recommend.

There was such a great selection of toppings! Very impressive. Fries were top tier and the chili hamburger was impressive. We ordered a sundae and cone, perfect! The employees were beyond helpful and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Kelsea is a gem! She was personable with everyone she interacted with, and I could tell she was focused on the customer experience. I ordered online because my plan was to pick up my food on my way back to work. My appointment did not take as long as I expected, so I went in to add a drink to my order and to get an idea for the size of the fries. So here is what I learned while I was there:
1) When you order online and you select “have us build it” you have to tell them what you want them to put on your burger (and there should be a drop down for you to tell them what you want.
2) Think of it like a build you own burger place…you order the baseline burger, and then you get to go down the line to add whatever is on the bar to your burger. (I got there shortly after it opened, so I felt comfortable with the open buffet style bar.)
3) Kelsea was focused on the customer experience. I heard her tell the people working in the back to go ahead and make my order (they were slower on the inside)…someone must have asked why and told her what time I was scheduled to pick it up. She informed them that I was already there and waiting. The initiative she took was on another level. Based on my interaction with her today, I plan to bring my family back to try this place. Great job!!!!

Absolutely fantastic!!! BEST gluten free bun I’ve ever had!!! Buttered and grilled it and it made all the difference. I had a cheeseburger and my husband had the smokehouse burger. Both were great. Hot crispy fries with several fry salts to choose from. Love the topping bar for the burgers. Seating is limited but it was fine for us.

Not your average burger joint. Great experience with good food. Burgers and food are ordered counter style. Then you make your burger at the toppings bar. Or get your chicken sides at the plentiful sauce and seasonings section. The atmosphere is great, the staff walk around offering samples of the frozen custards, which is just evil. The restaurant is very clean. I will say that they can’t count. Ordered the four piece chicken and gave us 5. Hmm, wonder if I should talk to the management.
