This place was one of the faster Starbucks I’ve ever been too. And they are helpful and friendly. When I got here today there was a guy passed out on the lawn area and I’m assuming the store manager was super concerned she was worried about him because he was just in the store. She called for help right away and watch his stuff he left behind. Good job miss!!!! Something I’ve notice about Starbucks and from what my girlfriend tells me about the stories she has when she worked at a Starbucks they always look out for our homeless folk.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks including Starbucks reserve in Tokyo and the Edo period Starbucks in Kyoto. The magic of this Starbucks is right up there with the rest. Always welcomed with warm smiles and often times my drink already being made people know this as their second home or the first stop in starting off the day right. The Baristas are loved as much as the baristas who moved on from poring coffee. Thank you for always bringing me a positive experience and making me feel at home. Even with Covid everyone has done an amazing job providing the best and safest opportunity to enjoy the amazing coffee and other amazing treats. Love love love Casper Starbucks East side!!!!

Back in Casper, stopped for a drink, 2 people working / they were both friendly and efficient – as stated in previous review it was like Starbucks used to be – love it!!
What a fantastic stop! We were in Casper for medical appointments and stopped here for a snack and drink – the 2 ladies working when we were there were fantastic! ( 4/22 around 1:20) – very friendly and fun, suggestions for drinks, it was like going backward a in time to what Starbucks used to be like!

This place is very nice, there are a lot table to sit for different kinds of meetings, however, the stuff is not very friendly, they are as if we they are doing customers a favor.

If you want a cold coffee just ask for a little half and half with whatever you order. At any other location it would still be a hot coffee. This location turns it into an iced drink even if you order it hot.

I really like this Starbucks! Sadly they do not have a drive thru but they do a really good job of getting you in and out in a hurry! They were really cute about putting funny little saying on the sups related to coffee! The place was also extremely clean and the staff were always always super friendly to everyone that came in. I really appreciated that!

4 stars for one reason only…Why would you sell a reusable cup that can’t be used upon purchase?!? The guy told me “he couldn’t touch my purchased cup because of sanitary reasons due to Covid”.
1) Get over the Covid scare already!!!
2) In what world does it make sense that you can’t “touch” my newly purchased cup when obviously someone touched it to put it on the shelf & also the cup I walked out with with my coffee in it was “touched” by the very same people that said they couldn’t touch my cup?!?
All that being said our coffee was prepared quickly & was perfectly made. Thank you for that!
