We had a great first experience. We went in, ordering was quick, and we didn’t wait long for our food. Everything was correct and delicious! We had plenty of employees ask us if we needed anything as we ate. McAlisters is a sit down counter cafe – be prepared to wait at least 5-10 mins for your food! Especially when they’ve got a lot of customers.
They are clearly trying to train new employees while being busy, so give them some grace. Google reviews gets used as a complaint box, so don’t take the bad reviews too seriously right now. They just opened!

I called in my order and spoke directly to a person to make sure the order was correct. They gave me a time to pick-up. Arrived and 5 cars were ahead of me. Waited 10 minutes before the 1st vehicle moved. Then more waiting! Get home…order is wrong. Requested NO MAYO!!! MAYO EVERY WHERE!!! For the price of those sandwiches, they should have been correct! Definitely was not impressed!

Food is good but every time I’ve picked up my order it’s been missing something and I’ve had to turn around to ask for my full order. It’s happened twice. Fool me once. The past time I ordered a French dip – paid for extra Swiss cheese and got no Swiss cheese at all, after they forgot the entire sandwich and I had to turn around. Ordered nachos to be served chips with shredded cheese? Nothing was melted. What even is that.

Got a delivery to our house last night- spent $80. We got a pick 2 and they were missing our salad along with a gallon of tea. Called McAlisters and no one would answer the phone. I had to drive to the location myself to fix the issue- it was very slow with 14 young workers standing around. Spoke to the manager about the problem- no apology what so ever. I waited 20 minutes for a salad and tea. After being handed my order I had to ask myself for something free for the inconvenience since it was a delivery. They didn’t offer- I rarely complain and mistakes happen but horrible customer service. Got home to eat salad and I also had cucumber in my southwest salad. Always have loved McAlisters- wouldn’t go back to this location.

We were looking forward to trying out McAlisters Deli today with a hope to order a catering takeout for an upcoming event with friends.
The employees were eager to assist, however notably not as confident since this is a new establishment.
All of this was well understood, however when asking about the catering options, there was nothing notated on the board menu, nor did the have any pamphlets to review. We were asked to review the website to find the options as well as telling us three times they would have the manager stop by to explain further.
After reviewing online, an employee stop by to advise us that the manager/owner was on business call but did state they can’t do small catering.
My wife and I weren’t concerned about ordering a larger portion, however when the manager made a conscience decision to not stop by our table but rather take the time to tell an employee were not to park and then stand outside the establishment talking with the leaf blowing, we realized his inability to greet us as requested was out of choice versus any busy schedule
We get it and also prefer to do business at establishments that appreciate our interests as patrons.
Once was enough, will not be returning.

Terribly disappointed…had to wait 25min for take out…a potato wasn’t an option for 20min (should have ordered it after having to wait anyway), they have a lot or people but no manager running things, had to ask if my order was ready and then they forgot my tea, chips and the au jus sauce and the salad Lettuce was old and so was the lady’s salad behind me. I left a vmail for a return call to discuss our experience. So disappointed $35 for 2 people is a lot considering we are missing 1/3 of the order too we’ll see if they call me…

Go to Mr. Bagelmeister 30 feet down the plaza, better food and service. Me and my brother walked in, the doors were open and said open, we both were told closed for another hour and to come back, maybe just turn the big sign off that says open and lock your door. We ended up going to Mr. Bagelmeister in the same plaza. Better prices there and nicer staff as well they are open when they have the sign on it’s ironic.

I have been twice. Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience both times. One time an item I paid extra for was not there. Never received a call back.
The second time, the quality of food was not good. I had ordered the pick 2 meal- one of theme was the nachos and the chips were pretty much crumbed, very small pieces. I tried calling and the phone system wasn’t working- I couldn’t get anyone. I will not be back

Ordered online, picked up at the window. Nachos were missing shredded cheese even though paid extra for the cheese which is already silly. Wife ordered sandwich with no honey mustard, sure enough its on both buns. Service was terrible, they were incredibly lost giving me my food and drinks, handed me two cups of queso because it didnt “fit” in the bag lol. Where was the management? I saw a bunch of kids lost with no direction at all. Yikes.

Young lady behind the counter talking very very loudly about her weekend adventures so loudly it could be heard across the entire place. Extremely obnoxious! I never saw her attempt to do any actual work, only stand and announce her festivities of the weekend with the other co workers. Hindering them from doing their jobs.
Food was ok for a sandwich but overpriced in my opinion. I could have eaten at much better places for $65 rather than a couple sandwiches and brownies
