So I got in firehouse tonight and I order the same thing has always , I get my sandwich and it’s not toasted at all and no extra meat , so take it back the guy with the pony tail nas an attitude, remake it and gives it back to me and I take a bite and the meet was frozen still in the middle so I get is attention and I asked him what the problem ive done nothing but order my food , they way i asked IS RESPONSE WITH AN ALTITUDE WAS, ITS BEEN A LONG NIGHT REALLY I JUST WANTED WHAT I ORDER SIR , SO I FIXED IT , I SAID JUST GIVE ME.MY MONEY BACK COULDEND BELIEVE THE ATTITUDE OF THE KIDS THAT WORK THERE WOW , I DONT GET IT ITS BEEN A LONG DAY COULD HAVE GOT FOOD POISONING

I LOVE firemen, and I LOVE sandwiches so you can only imagine just how filled with JOY AND WHIMSY whenever I learned that there is a Firehouse Subs in Rincon Georgia! Due to my passion for firemen the ambiance of the place was just out of this world!! I mean they literally have a HUGE picture of a firetruck my FAVORITE kind of vehicle!!! I tried the meatball marinara my favorite food, and let me just say it didn’t disappoint!!!! How good was it? Well lemme tell ya. It was so good I wish I was marinated by firemen and called meatball!!!!! Also the service was very good. Emerson was very polite and helpful and made the experience a lot better.

I thought I ordered my sandwich without mayo and mustard, but that was not what the label said. My daughter took the sandwich back, willing to buy another one: the wonderful employee, came out into the lobby to see why she was back, then promptly told her no problem remade my sandwich and didn’t charge her for the remake!! That is service up and beyond my expectations. Thanks again!

Food was spot on and tasty given that its a national franchise sub sandwich place. Service for this visit was probably the best ever received at a Firehouse Subs and the atmosphere is nice. Their computer touch screen soda machine delivered true to taste drinks in my opinion(these types of soda machines can be hit and miss sometimes, but this one was not). My only hesitation for a 5 star rating is the value. $29 for 2 medium subs, 2 chips and 2 medium drinks is bit too costly in my opinion for the quality of food received.
