This would be the last time my family and I come here. When serving food, they don’t even put food in these trays as you can see in the photo I am extremely appalled. All of our plates looked like this not a lot of food at all watch the lady barely scoop. Anything in the spoon. There’s so many panda express in this valley. I would stay clear of this location!

They were out of show mein and mushroom chicken at time i did order so i have to wait for them to cook more, i just take a minute to wash my hands and my food was “ready” some portions of show mein was cold like they had just heat up leftovers on microwave and fill up with it under we’re supposed to have the mushroom chicken and I suspect also the mushroom chicken was the leftover they just put on top. I’ll be never get back to this location

Even on an extremely busy night, all the staff smiled and were extremely nice. I was also offered samples of their juices to make sure I would like the flavor I ordered. Friendly and clean even when they are busy.

Absolutely horrible service. We usually go to this location and get the same thing everytime..teriyaki chicken with rice and super greens. Everytime, they give us the sauce packets in the bag, to add when we are ready to eat. We get our food, drive 20 minutes home and there is no sauce packets or sauce on the chicken, it’s just the dry grilled chicken. We called to complain, asking for some type of reimbursement for the mistake. The manager, or whoever he was said no, that if we wanted the sauce, we had to ask for it. We tried to explain that we ordered chicken teriyaki and all we got was grilled chicken. He then said “that’s the same thing, you don’t need the sauce, you can just eat it like that.” We told him it wasn’t the same and we wanted what we paid for and since we didn’t, we wanted reimbursed. He then told us if we wanted the sauce, to come back. We again explained that we live 20 minutes away, it would be an hour before we could eat dinner then, and the food would be cold. He went on and on about how the teriyaki sauce is separate and it’s our job to ask for it, or else we just get the chicken. So why call it teriyaki chicken if they don’t give the sauce with it? We ended up getting frustrated with not getting anywhere and hung up. I don’t recommend this location at all, horrible customer service.

Warning to everyone who comes to this location!!! This is the location I’ve coming to the past couple of years but I will have to pass for a while. I ordered takeout and my son’s Beef and Broccoli had a GRASSHOPPER in it!!! I immediately took my food back for a refund, definitely not allowing my kids to eat food from a place like this. The gentleman was kind enough to offer a refund and give me a new plate, but I passed on the new plate and just took my refund. Maybe some other time I would have my food replaced but definitely not the same day or in the near future, seems like they have some issues to work out at this location to let something like this happen.

Why do I only get 5 pieces of orange chicken and the rest of the bowl is filled with rice. Please give me less rice and a good amount of orange chicken if I am going to pay like $15 for a bowl. Also, the orange chicken had no orange flavor.

On October 29 at 6:00pm I arrived to panda and the line was out the door because it was small and we only had 5 people ahead of us so we decided to wait . Not until 6:45 we get help. And I had to wait 10 min for the server to acknowledge me because she was filling online orders . (All the staff ) were !!! That’s horrible panda !!!! Or correct me if I’m wrong , 5 people walked out of line those are 5 unhappy costumers . I won’t be coming back to this location !!!!

Clean restaurant with plenty of parking space. For quick service online order is best. For dining there are big lines on lunch time. Overall very good experience. Food was very good.
