We were very pleased with the service and the atmosphere of this restaurant. We reserved a table so there was no wait. The menu had plenty of options and the prices were decent. The food, in my opinion, was okay. I ordered their holiday themed burger sliders and she ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken & Thai Noodles. Neither dish blew us away. I would rate their food a 6 out of 10.
Overall we enjoyed the experience and wouldn’t mind coming back and trying another dish.

The experience was errthang!! It was the Hubsters birthday and we had brunch here. It was our first time coming and they did not disappoint! The waiter (in costume) did his thing and the food was banging! The Halloween decorations were also on point! If you did not get the opportunity to come here during Halloween, babbyyee, you definitely missed out! We will be coming back!! ✌

If Willy Wonka opened a restaurant and handed it a platinum playlist, you’d get Sugar Factory – Atlanta. ✨
This place is a full-on sugar spectacle. Lights flashing, music pumping, kids wide-eyed like they just found the golden ticket. It is absolutely kid-friendly and birthday-party approved. If you need a spot where the celebration energy is already built in, this is it. The staff keeps the vibe upbeat and welcoming, like they genuinely want you there instead of just clocking in.
Now let’s talk reality. It is not cheap. This is not your casual Tuesday night “let’s grab a bite” situation. This is a “we came to celebrate and we brought our wallets” kind of outing. Go once, enjoy the show, take the pictures, live your best dessert-forward life.
The food? It’s good, solid, does the job. But the real headliners are the milkshakes. These things do not simply arrive at your table. They make an entrance. Towering, candy-covered, camera-ready masterpieces that feel like dessert decided to dress for the Met Gala. They are the main event and they know it.
Bottom line: fun, loud, sweet, and worth experiencing at least once. Just make sure your sweet tooth and your budget both show up prepared.

We had a girls night at the Sugar Factory! I loved the vibe and atmosphere of the place. Our server was prompt and delightful! The drinks were amazing! I tried one of the watermelon goblets and it was delicious! My niece really enjoyed the rainbow milkshake. The food was good, nothing over the top. I tried the club with fries. We also had some wings and sliders. Parking was easy in one of the decks close by. It cost me $15 for parking. Price of the food and drinks was a bit much but you pay for the experience so it was definitely worth it! There were several birthday parties going on because it is such a fun spot! Very colorful and inviting.

I had an unforgettable experience at the Sugar Factory thanks to our server, HENNY! From the moment we sat down til when we got up to leave, the service was absolutely amazing. Henny went above and beyond to make the entire night special. She’s very friendly, down to earth and genuinely committed to great customer service!

The birthday celebration was the highlight! Henny’s energy during the birthday song performance was unmatched, she’s so full of personality. It truly made the moment memorable and it definitely did not disappoint.

If you’re visiting Sugar Factory here in Midtown, ask for Henny! Their outstanding service made the night one to remember. Highly recommend! ✨

Visited for brunch. Menu is festive and brings out your sweet desires. The cheesy burger has macaroni on it, it was delicious and filling. The hot chocolate was disappointing, mainly water base chocolate. The milkshake’s are huge and ideally should be shared. I enjoyed my time and would return. The staff was attentive and provided efficient service.

A first for our entire party of 10 vibrant atmosphere kind workers super attentive we were split up as a party, but later thanks to henni and another co worker helped us get together which was so thoughtful. The best server we have had in a while very genuine and a great personality thanks to henni the experience was amazing!

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars because our waitress Nae was really nice and welcoming! We had reservations for 7:30 pm and arrived 5 minutes early. There was No hostess at the front. We stood there behind a party of 20 people that were waiting to be seated for nearly 15 minutes. Still no hostess , no where to be found. Then finally I asked the lady behind the ice cream area where the hostess was and a young boy walked up and asked for my info and party size. I told him 5 and he said “hold on let me get my manager.” We stood there for 5 more minutes and finally a manager greeted us, took our info such as ( name and party size) then she walked off without saying anything . I wasn’t sure if we should follow her or not , then she came back and told us to hold on. I was already very annoyed because of the lack of professionalism and disorganization. However the waitress Nae greeted us immediately after being seated and was VERY kind and welcoming. This is definitely a place for kids and anyone under 25. The music was so loud you could barely hear the waitress or anyone in your party. So if you like extremely loud atmosphere then this is definitely your place. I mainly came here for my daughter and niece and nephew that were here visiting from out of town. Our tab came up $313.00. Overall it was okay. I wasn’t wowed and my daughter’s non alcoholic goblet didn’t even smoke like I expected it to.
