The manager at this location should not be a manager! I ordered the 3 for $8 and called to advise that upon eating my food it was so cold to the point I had to microwave it. The manager (a guy with a Russian accent) kept arguing over the phone with me and said there is no way that could be possible and refused to replace my meal or give me a refund. There were two cars in front of me and I had waited ten minutes, I believe they left my food sitting out during this time, hence why it was ice cold. I had let him know I’ve been coming there for a while and never once had a bad meal as the food is typically hot and the service is typically great. He never apologized, refused to “make it right” and hung up on me. What happened to “the customer is always right”? I was not rude to him at all and was still treated like I was trying to pull one over on them. I’ve reported him and his behavior to corporate!

Ordered the big Juan burrito tonight. I paid over $13 for a featured burrito combo and the ENTIRE thing was BEANS. Huge burrito just beans. Seriously? It was supposed to have onions and peppers, beef, sour cream and cheese and rice. Barely any rice was in it.
Who made this burrito, and thought, yeah just slap some slop beans in there and call it good. Eat here if you want jail food for an arm and a leg. They don’t care what they serve you. The pictures show halfway through the burrito, the continuous bean factory. Thanks taco time.

So expensive it’s unbelievable anyone would pay that much from a fast food restraunt, for junk good!! 35 dollars for 2 value meals
