We had dinner here and the food was honestly very good! The only thing is the restaurant is incredibly loud and the guy working the front (larger middle aged man in a suit) made my wife uncomfortable because he kept looking over the booth at her in a very creepy manner. This happened 4-5 times throughout dinner service. Did feel rushed out as well not much time to genuinely enjoy dinner like other restaurants a bit of a disappointment as my family has been coming here for years prior to this. Not sure I will be back.

Amazing service, food, and vibe. Chef Mike is amazing and leads a great kitchen. The food was delicious and savory. The drinks were made perfectly and complemented our food. The staff was just spectacular. Moe was our server, his personality was a breath of fresh air. All the staff are wonderful and made us feel special. That’s what a fine dining experience should be. Thank you to the whole staff.

I order salmon and asked for it to be cooked well done. My food arrived and as I began to eat my salmon I realized it was not cooked the way I requested. Not sure if he was a manger it he said let get that fixed for you. I assumed he was going to cook me a fresh piece of Salmon. Instead he brought it back like the picture below and walked away. I’m not sure what he did, but he bought it back and it still wasn’t cooked properly. When you’re paying close to $250.00 for dinner with a tip. I expect more. The crab cakes had tons of filler the mash potatoes bland were dry and bland. If this is their definition of fine dining. When he bought my salmon back, I said this has to be a joke!! Then they had the nerve to offer me a piece of cheese cake. SMH And we still left a modest $40.00 to be considerate.

Parking is atrocious. We used valet. Medium seating space inside. Unique decor. Clean. Staff very professional and friendly. Medium menu but something for everyone. Lobster bisque is delicious. Has a little tang but not firey. Steak done perfectly. Lobster a little over cooked but doable. Creamed spinach is heavenly as is the dessert doughnuts. Not a fan of mac n cheese but three cheese potatoes so yummy. Peach cocktail is very good. Served a free slice of cheesecake for one us for their birthday. Definitely a place to try.

Our family ate here for Christmas dinner. David was our waiter. While he had a number of tables to serve, he was very attentive. We were checked on by the other staff as well. We had the lobster ravioli and the bolongnase. The wine list was pretty extensive. They even had the grinch visit the table for photo ops. Fun time!

Fantastic meal, atmosphere, and service. Chef Mike runs a fantastic kitchen and is excellent. The dish was tasty and wonderful. The drinks were expertly prepared and went well with our meal. The personnel was simply amazing. Our server, Moe, had a refreshing personality. The entire team is amazing and made us feel valued. A nice dining experience ought to be like that. I want to thank the entire staff.

We at the Palm here on New Year’s Eve, and it was the perfect way to ring in the new year. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt festive, welcoming, and well-organized despite how busy the evening was.
The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care. Every course came out at a great pace, letting us enjoy the experience without feeling rushed or forgotten.
A huge highlight of the night was our server, Madison. She was absolutely excellent—friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Even on such a hectic holiday night, Madison made us feel like we were her top priority. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her positive energy truly elevated the entire evening.
Overall, this was a memorable New Year’s Eve dinner and an experience we’ll definitely be talking about—and returning for. Excellent food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. Five stars all around!

We went to celebrate New Year’s Eve, and it did not disappoint! I had a lemon drop martini which was fantastic. The table bread, which I believe was focaccia, was light and delicious. I ordered the wedge salad, the crispy Brussels and also the scalloped potatoes. All were amazing. My husband had the prime rib, blackened and hashbrowns along with a lobster tail and he said all was wondwrful. Our server, Jason was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back soon!
