10/10 best BBQ I’ve had within the last 5 year or more. No exaggeration. Brisket, pulled pork, mac salad, baked beans, pickles, side of BBQ sauce. Even the sides were great. About $20 with a bottle of soda. Worth every penny. It’s a food truck, not a sit down restaurant.

I’m visiting from MN & googled BBQ near me. Big Dog BBQ came up first. I drove over & chatted with the owner. Nice guy & I must say, the brisket was AMAZING!! I ate at Millers the day before & Big Dog stacks up well against them. I highly recommend this food truck. Generous portions at very reasonable prices.

Well I didn’t think to take any pics cause I was hungry lol. Call me weird but I’ve been trying out a couple of places in the Killeen area as far as brisket and when I say the brisket sandwich I had from here on Friday evening was BY FAR THEEEEEEE BEST! It was juicy and flavorful just all around goodness. A well size portion of brisket. I wish I would have gotten 2! Woke up this morning and that sandwich was on my mind!!! It’s the food truck located in 190 in Cove. I will DEFINITELY be back! I can tell you that a lot of these food trucks have better tasting food compared to actual restaurants. So try not to overlook when you see them!

Amazing! Def stop and try this BBQ. Ribs are fall off the bone good, brisket is tender and smoked just right and both sausages are flavorful. The owner is incredibly generous with the portions unlike most BBQ joints. Also really affordable! Don’t miss out!
