I ordered 2 pizzas 1 cheese and 1 peperoni .
I was in a rush and had to get home. Once I got home and checked, it was 2 cheese pizzas. Since I was not mobile , I could not go back up there. They were not willing to refund the original charge and re- charge me for 2 cheese pizzas. I feel some kind of accommodation could have been made since it was an error on THEIR end. They knew they gave me 2 cheese. And unfortunately because I was in a rush, I fell victim.

The pizza here comes very thin unlike little Caesar’s standard thickness. The deep dish pizza was thinner than a regular little Caesar’s hot and ready is supposed to be. Every time ordered from this location the food is over cook thin with smaller amounts of cheese and pepperoni. The owner seems very cheap to be having these portion sizes at a nationwide chain. How hard is it for an employee to open a box and CHECK it’s the right thing?!?!? I understand the staffing shortage is an issue and I have no problem being patient , however I do have a problem when I’m waiting 30 minutes for my order and get the WRONG thing. Being short staffed DOES NOT excuse this issue. Not only was my order wrong but the pizzas looked disappointing. I didn’t order a cheese pizza but they gave me one and it looked messy. My pepperoni pizza, which was supposed to be stuffed crust, wasn’t correct and it was cut into ridiculous shaped sizes. This place needs serious management reform.

Store is super bad. The manager only hires her friends, and if she does hire anyone else she gives them barely any hours. She’s unprofessional, always snapping. gives herself close to 60hrs while the rest of her crew(minus her friends who get 30) gets under 15 hours… At that, she has terrible customer service. And the store sells uncooked chicken!!!!! she needs to be fired !

Im not sure how but apparently it takes 40 minutes to make one pizza. This place is ran by nothing but kids and they could care less about getting your food out to you. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Started with the call to place an order. The phone rang for 15mins so i drove to the store, while the phone was ringing. Eventually arriving inside the store as the phone hung up. To find 4 teenagers laughing and standing around giggling.. Say bruh i will walk out. And the “manager’ saying and don’t be calling to ask for your job back. Then everyone laughs while the girl that took my money said my order 3x before the girl decided to wash her hands. Every person had an earpod in their ear. I pray my pizza isn’t uncooked.. Because the box person pulled pizza out the oven from the middle.. Terrible… She wasn’t doing anything else but discussing the other employees car accident and getting edibles later.
……update. Just as i suspected. The half that wasn’t done thoroughly. I haven’t had a decent from this location since i left Michigan. Where Mike is from by the way. And Paid for Rosa Parks rent for 10years after she was robbed in 1994!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pepperoni pizza & puffs from this location. While chewing, I felt a hair in my mouth so I immediatey spit it out. I was really tired and hungry so I pullled a slice from the other side and began to eat it and there was also a hair in that slice. I phoned the manager and explained. She stated, “Oh I can’t have that” and asked me to bring the pizza back. I explained that I would not be able to return to the store on the same day and could try the next but was not sure when I’d be in the area again. She asked me to just bring the receipt and agreed to refund my money. A week later I called & spoke with the supervisor becaue I’d be in the area. She said she’d give me another pizza, but I declined and told her I did not want a pizza because I was disgusted with the food, but wast told I’d receive a refund. She said I’d need to call lback the next day when the manager was there. The next day, I called and spoke to the manager. She asked for the name of the person I’d spoken with initially, but I couldn’t remember. She asked me to bring the pizza back. I told her the pizza was moldy since I refused to refrigerate it and she still asked me to return it. As I returned the pizza, the manager said she’d only refund the amount paid for the pizza. She requested my receipt and I handed it to her. She placed the pizza on the counter and opened the box and said, “You’ve eaten half the pizza.” I stressed, that the hair was found while consuming the pizza. She then asked me to show her the hair and again mentioned that I’d eaten half the pizza. She repeated this several times and I asked are you going to refund my money? She mentioned she was the person I initially spoke with and said I agreed to come back that Sunday. This woman was looking for an argument and was trying to provoke me. I told her I was not going to argue with her and requested my receipt. She seemed reluctant to hand me my receipt so I demanded my receipt. I told her I’d report this to corporate and she replied, “You’ll just have to call corporate.” I’ve never experienced such unprofesional behavior from a restaurant manager. Why did she take me through this knowing she spoke with me initially? Is this the face of Little Ceasars? I’ve supervised a restaurant in the past and know protocol. I never asked to see a hair if the customer found it in their food. I’m sure my little $8 is nothing to this chain considering they grossed $4,451,000,000 last year. I ordered a pizza pie, not a hair pie. Little Ceasars should change their slogan from “Pizza Pizza” to “Hair Pizza”.

customer service horrible, to much playing an not taking care of customers, manager borderline rude, had to get a refund an go to another restaurant to get something to eat, this location needs an over haul with proper management an young personnel that want to work an understand customer service, I would not recommend this location to snyone
