My experience at Arabica was wonderful! The shisha this time was even better than before — special thanks to Magdy for preparing it so perfectly. The food was delicious, and the desserts were absolutely amazing. The place is spotless, the service is very classy, and the music creates a relaxing, pleasant vibe. Definitely coming back again!

One of the best hookah places I’ve ever experienced. The owner and staff have always been friendly, the hookah flavors are good (with a good variety), they have square or instant coals, and I enjoy the atmosphere. The various drinks I’ve tried have all been great as well. It has never been overly loud (though there is typically music playing inside), and when the weather is decent the outdoor seating is a nice option. I make it a point to visit every time I’m back in the Cleveland area.

I was in Cleveland for four days and found the gem. The atmosphere is amazing. Service is excellent. This upscale coffee shop and hookah lounge is a place to go for work, studying, socializing and relaxation. It minutes from the airport, plenty parking, heated patio and so much more. For a great experience visit this location.

This is the go to place when we are hanging out as a group. The hookahs are really good and they use Al Fakher brand; one of the best ones when it comes to hookah. There is no loud music like other hookah bars which makes it so much more relaxing and convenient because you can actually talk to each other instead of shouting over the music. While the hookahs are great, food and beverage orders can take some time to be sent to the table. All in all, a good hangout place for people that love hookah, beverages and desserts.

Every time I come to Cleveland, this hookah spot has always been my go-to. Unfortunately, tonight left a bad taste in my mouth.
We arrived around 11:00 PM and asked to order food, but were told the kitchen was closed. While disappointing, we understood. However, around 1:00 AM, another group walked in and was allowed to order and receive food. When we asked why we weren’t able to order earlier, we were told it was because he was the owner’s son.
Paying customers should be treated equally, and this experience made us feel otherwise. Because of this unfair treatment, we will not be returning to this establishment.

A nice atmosphere, I was visiting my friend and he invited me to this amazing place. It was cold to stay outside, may be next time. Hookah is great, although they do not have my favorite flavor. I hope they have it next time

I went in a few months ago, hoping for some nostalgia. Instead, the coffee is not as good as it was, and they let you smoke inside. Had to leave. Very, very gross to be breathing that in. The former cozy, friendly ambiance is long gone. And it’s been replaced with people who don’t seem to like you.
