Lazy. I should’ve checked my food before leaving since it was so quick but most canes locations are good. Literally the only person in line but they rushed my order. Asked for extra crispy, did not get that. Paid for 3 extra toasts. Did not get that. I would understand more if they were busy but I was the only person in line?? Crazy. And lazy.

I went through the driveway today and my order was ridiculous. My chicken fingers were very small more than the regular. I order for 4 family members and all of the chicken fingers were so small. It was like a kid meal. And on top All of that I asked 4 DRINKS little ice but all my drinks were full of ice . I expected canes to do better.

Talk about trash I ordered 4 naked tenders …. And one canes and one honey mustard sauce … tell me why it looked like I ordered shrimps …. Absolutely trash … they only gave me a honey mustard sauce … and tenders I mean shrimp looked old and dry …. I was like so there nothing but crust on regular tenders … ima need to be compensated

You know, over the years, this place has changed. The food is fresh and great as always, but I feel that the sauce cups are smaller and less filled, the caniac used to have 7 fingers now has 6 and they are smaller in size and the prices went up, significantly. I feel if you’re gonna raise the price, at least keep the product quantity the same. It is good but feels like a ripoff.

The attendant that took my order was the sweetest and most friendly woman I’ve ever spoken to on the other side of the drive-through. I’ve never been more excited and satisfied with placing a drive-through order. Asked for my fries, extra crispy and, of course, they nailed it! This location should be a standard for the rest!!
