The Juicy Seafood is Bessemer is a Juicy Nasty Mess! The “catfish” was so rubbery I thought I was pulling a rubber band. It’s apparent that the fish they served me today was old and should have been tossed out. Whomever the cook is needs to be FIRED for cooking and serving old no good fish. Even the fries were so heavy with grease they were terrible as well. It was not cooked as ordered. They got me today for $15. I feel like I was ripped off! I will never go back and I am going to tell everyone I know to stay away from this terrible, nasty, garbage can of a restaurant.

Walking into the restaurant is a beautiful setting. I felt as if I were at a high dollar restaurant. The way it was decorated with so inviting. It was clean need and just visually pleasant. The staff is friendly took us to our seat immediately took our drink and appetizer order and had our drinks with appetizers back quickly. The prices were extremely high therefore we expected larger portions of food as they are part of a national chain. My husband ordered the shrimp and fries and I ordered a lobster tail with the potatoes in the steamed bag. She quoted me a $28 price but offered me the size of which had 3 lobster tails for $48. Since since I’ve had gastric bypass I knew I would not be able to eat that much, so I stayed with the one lobster tail feeling for sure that would be plenty. What I got was a lobster tail that literally was about 3 in Long and one red potato in a huge boiling bag. Yes you read that right..ONE small potato and a 3-inch long lobster tail. My husband got a large-sized portion of shrimp with his french fries and was quite happy. The whole time or waitresses making sure that we are taking care of that are drinks are full. The service was absolutely excellent.. however, the food serving amounts were appalling for what I paid. After pulling the tail out of the lobster we literally had 1 tbsp of lobster meat
Total bill was 55.00 before tip. We left hungry. Very expensive place and get little food. I felt like they stole my money. I feel bad for the negative because everything else was great, the service, the wait staff, the environment… But when you have to run through a drive-thru just to eat because you’re hungry after leaving a restaurant there’s a problem.

I was in town and really wanted seafood so my family and I stopped here. The decor was awesome inside and out. The service was great friendly, fast and hot. Check them out if you’re in town you won’t be disappointed.

Nice decor and well located near all the hotels in the area however the menu is loaded with fried stuff and the seafood is not that juicy. The dishes were salty and unfortunately the wine was not that good. The menu needs to include more veggies and steamed seafood dishes .

Wow this is not the old Carnation. This food is excellent. I ordered the #2 Dancing Shrimp Combo. Something like a low boil, the entree comes with potatoes, corn, sausage, shrimp and a couple of boiled eggs in a steamy plastic covered container you unwrap to enjoy. You can choose your level of spice; I selected medium. The sweet tea was very sweet. It was delish, but I did refill with unsweetened at half a glass. Breaded “always juicy wings” was our flavor-packed appetizer. Now, I did show up hungry. But I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the meal. On top of that, what an excellent job remodeling this restaurant. Be prepared to pay a fair price for this quality. This isn’t fast food. I will 100% be going back to the Juicy Seafood again, that is for sure.

Had a shrimp basket with fries. The shrimp were really good, big and tasty breading. Small detail but important to me: They brought me two containers with cocktail sauce without asking so i had enough sauce without asking for more cocktail sauce.
