If you’re looking for authentic flavors, Galipan Bakery is the place. Their cachitos are easily the best in Miami, and the croissants are incredible perfectly flaky and fresh. Don’t leave without grabbing some pan canilla or pan campesino; they are both spectacular and taste like home.
Beyond the bakery, their breakfast plates are delicious and the desserts are top tier. Even though the place is always super full (for good reason!), the service remains A1 and the shop is consistently spotless. Great prices for the quality you get. Highly recommended!

A truly delightful establishment. The ambiance is charming, and the quality of the products is exceptional. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a refined coffee experience and exquisite pastries. Galipán has the best products in all of Florida, hands down. The quality is exceptional from the fresh ingredients to the perfect presentation. Plus, the service is on another level: friendly, fast, and with that authentic touch that makes you feel right at home.
And you have to try the Venezuelan chicha creamy, delicious, and full of that traditional flavor that takes you straight to Caracas.

Came here for the first time and it was good. Cappuccino was really good and the ham cachito as well. Also got the pastry cream bomba and the pastry cream essence has been the closest flavor here in Miami to capture traditional Venezuelan pastries.

Definitely my favorite coffee shop around this area. The freshness of their baking is absolutely unbelievable. I felt so special when they prepare my “Mil Hojas” right in from my eyes. The cachitos are delicious, no comparable with any other. Almond croissant deliciously soft and with almond cream inside. Coffee was at the right temperature and very good as well. recommended.
