We were craving a good Italian pizza. Decided to try Frank’s in Vinton due to the drama, events, etc. at a competitor’s restaurant. Frank’s did not disappoint. Great crust, sauce, and toppings. Everything you would expect from a handmade Italian pizza. Would recommend. Beware of the credit card surcharge. This was not mentioned when ordering.

Italian sub was good.
Also got a chef salad and was thrilled when I got home. What is wrong with this picture????
Do we really need to cut corners like this?

We had a wonderful dining experience at Franks! We hadn’t been in ages, but it’s still great. From the delicious smell when you walk in, great service, perfect pizza and free drink refills to the clean restrooms, we were well taken care of.
We will be back!

Franks Pizza in Vinton…poor customer service Brianna. We ordered a Calzone with pepperoni and cheese only. We received ham and cheese. I had even requedted no ham on mine to add chicken. There is no chicken and tons of ham. Poor poor customer service.
I called to advise them of this and Brianna decided to hang up on the first call. On the second call she advised me it was the door dashers mistake that the canzone was wrong. How is it the door dashers fault?? Did he step behind the counter and make it?? Brianna take some responsibility for poor customer service.Franks Pizza in Vinton…poor customer service Brianna. She told me I shouldn’t be rude. I asked for the manager and she advised me that the manager told her to hang up on me. To which she did. Brianna we will meet up very soon. Manager of Franks in Vinton, you owe me a correct Calzone. Not how you handle customer service. Then hung up again. Well the fried ravioli was really good but they fell way short with the broccoli Alfredo. There’s no seasoning like at all in it. It was terrible. Missing salt, pepper, garlic…. and so on I really wanted to like it but it was the most bland thing I’ve eaten in months. Sorry guys. : /

I’ve been going to Frank’s for about the last year. But today was the first time I was disappointed. I always order the same thing, either Chicken Parmesan or Eggplant Parmesan, because both are absolutely delicious! However, today, I decided to try something new, so I ordered the Spaghetti with Meatballs, and the flavor of the spaghetti sauce seemed very familiar, and for some reason, it didn’t taste good. It finally dawned on me that the same sauce they use for both the Chicken Parmesan and the Eggplant Parmesan was used for the Spaghetti and Meatballs and it was a let down. If I order Spaghetti and Meatballs I expect it to taste, well, like Spaghetti and Meatballs. I expect a yummy red sauce and plump meatballs. But the spaghetti sauce was orange, the same used for both the Chicken Parmesan and Eggplant Parmesan dishes. Also, the meatballs were small, not plump, and they didn’t taste like fresh real beef. They tasted like meatballs you get in a cheap TV dinner, just a combination of different kinds of meats; cow beef, chicken meat, pork meat, plus fillers, in essence, your run of the mill, processed meat. I know it’s cheaper to use the same sauce for all your dishes, but that’s called cutting corners, and it would serve you well if you invest in your business by using different sauces for different dishes, especially for the Spaghetti and Meatballs dish.
