The woman working tonight was so rude when I told her my pizza sub came with no sauce. She said I need to ask for sauce if I want it… on a pizza sub?? She said her manager said that and said we’re closed so bye and hung up. Even though they’re open 24 hours? I checked online on the website and it DOES come with pizza sauce (it’s a pizza sub so duh). I called back and told her it should come with sauce and she said ok we’re closed bye and hung up on me again.

Meca is great at customer service. They have many online orders coming in at all times and she keeps her cool and is very nice to customers. The wait is well worth the service from her and the yummy sandwiches she makes every time.

Ordered.online, it took my money but then emailed me saying the order was cancelled. I went inside too make sure because they took my money and the lady working said that I should be refunded in half an hour. I have not been refunded even though I have the email saying the order was cancelled.

This is another one of the most 50/50 experiences in Holland. It seems if the service is good, the food is lacking, and this is interchangeable day to day and shift to shift. I’ve had plenty of times where I go inside and watch the employees make the food with care and good portions, then other times it’s legitimately slapped on with miniscule amounts, leaving the employees annoyed and rude with me when I ask for a bit more to meet normal expectations. This goes without even mentioning the mobile app orders, which all 3 times I’ve ordered have come incorrectly, with either the wrong bread or items missing completely while still being charged. I highly advise NOT doing mobile orders through this store, and to go in and order so you can at least watch your order made. As I said, it’s a very sometimes good and sometimes bad experience, which is very unfortunate considering it’s one of few places open past 10 with any food left around here that isn’t a pricey restraunt.

Subway now pushes you toward their deluxe combinations and doesn’t even show the regular subs on the menu. The prices are comparable to chains like Jersey Mike’s but the quality is not. This location also consistently has the worst service of any subway I’ve ever been to. The only good part is that it’s open 24 hours.

This subway was top notch. It has ease of access, with the convenience of an attached gas station. The staff was friendly and the service expedient. The food, as always, was great. I love how the possibilities are endless. Maximum customization!!!
I do NOT like that they got rid of the basil pesto, nor do I like the recent hike in prices.
My only real complaints are with the company itself, not this location.

I love that this Subway is open 24 hours. I’m a 3rd shifter and don’t have alot of options when it comes to getting a good to-go place to get a meal at. The staff at this Subway are very friendly and do an awesome job preparing what you ordered. I highly recommend visiting this Subway late night.
