If you order online and they tell you the drink is ready, wait 12 minutes. I order online just to wait an additional 12 minutes in store. Their chai lattes suck compared to other starbucks. Too annoyed to return back for a refund. Staff are pleasant but that’s it.

Awesome! Always clean, with plenty of people behind the counter. The decorations change with the seasons. There’s also a cozy fireplace for the winter 🙂 Great place to study or work.

Went in, got my coffee and got out but in that little time witnessed some great customer service with another customer (older gentleman) who got a “shot of oxytocin” early in the morning and he was besides himself! The cashier remembered his name and he couldn’t believe it! See that put a smile on my face.

Very poorly trained staff, and poor customer service, I asked a clerk for a cup of ice water, with my purchase, she asked, do you want ice with that? I mean where do they hire these people? Also the half&half was watered down. I called Starbucks Customer Service Phone Number to file a complaint and it’s some call center in India who I couldn’t hear or understand because of the background noise. If you want great customer service and good coffee and food go to Bean Bag Deli located off Gude and Taft….

This is a nice Starbucks to visit – easy to get to with plenty of parking and a nice big space to enjoy your drink or get some work done.
The service was good and our drinks were ready in a reasonable time. The drinks tasted good as well.
