the pizza: so so good, not super greasy (but lots of cheese so you know it’s good quality). the crust is like homemade italian bread, i take it from my kids if they don’t eat it so it doesn’t go to waste! 10/10
the buffalo tenders: 10/10 (and this is my fav food so i’ve had it in many many places throughout the years) high quality real chicken not the nugget type tenders. and they use a really good sauce, perfect amount of sauce (they make sure it’s thoroughly covered). perfect heat (not the weird stuff some places use that reminds me of bbq sauce).
9/10 ONLY because they do not make their own blue cheese (they give you ken’s, .50 each).
you walk in and staff are happy and laughing, just a really welcoming vibe.

Good pizza, quality ingredients. They make a pie that tastes good reheated the next day (some pizzas dont taste good reheated but these do). My only 2 gripes are if youre going to take 1 and half hours to deliver a pizza dont overcook it, and make it a full rectangle. It’s not hard to answer the phone and say “Sianos, our pizza is so good it takes an hour to make it”. Would really make a difference to the customer.

Ok, so let me start with saying that for the type of pizza they serve (square cut) I really will give a rating out of 5 stars a 3.75 and not a solid 4 stars compared to other pizzas I have tasted (New Haven/Mystic, Milford/NY, etc.) but, for their area I will say they are the best take out pizza in Springfield with only Red Rose and Brunos competing for take out so for that reason they can rate up to the 4 stars rather than down to 3 stars. (Side note: Red Rose is the best for a dine in experience. Bruno’s is great for the cheese they use but overall Sianos takes a slight lead for take out meaning its a go 2 for delivery but for dine in Red Rose by far). Sianos has a consistent combo of sauce which is solid and cheese. I usually get cheese pizzas but sometime get toppings. They also have a great crust and thinking on it now the crust rarely goes to waste which says something about the dough they use. Its a solid pizza to eat for left overs with the crust tasting even better. Service is down to earth friendly and I have not of yet experienced delays with orders. Its not really built to dine in but the option is there as they have some table booths set up. I can tell this establishment is passionate about thier pizza making and truthfully looks like they got good history in thier area so it stands to be respected. I am a pizza snob so if it wasn’t for that and this was the only place I’ve known for pizza I would say this place is a 8 out of 10 but as I know better I will give it a 7.25 for pizza. They also have great wings that are crispy. I usually get garlic parm which is a nice good dry rub style and will give them a 8.75 for thier wings. Grinders are ok and they got a good selection of chips that seem to be unique/local as well but I mainly get the cheese pizza and wings that make a great combo to eat together. Its very hard for me to order a pizza without getting the wings as well. Like I said a go 2 place to patronize.

When i called they were super understandable and understood everything in one go. The pie itself is fantastic, crunchy crust , good ammount of sauce, the only flaws is that the cheese falls off like butter( my first impression every pizza is different). their bathroom was clean and overall atmosphere was very nice and clean, well taken care of. Me personally am definitely going back for another pie.

Last night, I stopped and grabbed two slices one cheese and one pepperoni. The cheese and dough tasted strange, and the dough’s texture was soggy. It looked like the slices had been made earlier, and they tried to fix them by adding extra cheese. It was gross. My $10 went straight into the trash. I hope the owner sees this and takes some action.

Visited Siano’s Italian with my kids and had a great experience overall. The hostess was kind and even gave us quarters for the gumball machine, which kept the kids entertained during our 30-minute wait for a pepperoni and cheese pizza. Definitely recommend calling ahead to save time.
While we waited, I chatted with the staff and learned they serve a few hundred locals a day — a true neighborhood favorite. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff was friendly, and the pizza was good. Family-friendly spot with heart!

The pizza was bland with no flavor whatsoever. The diningroom was cold and unstaffed. The pizza was slapped on a folded box & was cold even though it took almost 45 min . 1st and last time going there. Also the parking lot was very dark needs more lights

Been coming here for a long time one of my favorite places and this isn’t anything crazy but I would hope that perhaps if I order bread knots that they would come with more than one butter that’s all, God bless you guys and last time you guys forgot my dressing too okay bye
