I went to five guys with my husband. All the staff was Hispanic and could barely speak English. They did not understand when we were giving our orders and made a mistake charged us for three burgers and a fry instead of the two burgers and a fry. Then when we got our food.The fries were still good, but the burger was a complete disappointment. The bun was soggy, likely because the bread wasn’t grilled and wet toppings were added directly to it. The onions weren’t grilled, the burger itself was unseasoned, and the bacon flavor was barely noticeable. The mushrooms were soggy and tasted like they came from a can, which made the whole burger unpleasant.
Service was also frustrating. My order was made incorrectly, and instead of fixing it, the staff argued about what I ordered. That shouldn’t happen—when a customer points out a mistake, it should be corrected, not debated.
On top of that, paying nearly $40 for two people didn’t make sense given the poor quality of the food. The fries were the only redeeming part of the meal, and everything else felt rushed and careless. Overall, not worth the price or the hassle.

This place is always rock solid and always friendly. Never had a wrong order and the food is always fresh. I’d say it’s the best fast food burger in town but the burger is so good, it feels like a shame to call it fast food.

I was really looking forward to eating a burger, it had been a long time . And unfortunately it was such a disappointment. It was nothing like a burger I had prior. The cheese wasn’t melted , my mushrooms and onions were hardly grilled . And they forgot the bacon on my burger , and then they remade the wrong burger after being told twice which one it was. It was an overall disappointing experience .defiantly not $35-40 for 2 of us to eat.?I could’ve got a burger like that from Burger King. It wasn’t even hot obviously with the slice of cheese not even being melted .

Food is great. I get a lettuce wrap burger cause I can’t have wheat. Tho I miss the bun it’s still a yummy, juicy burger, and great fries even tho I can’t have ketchup. They are real cuts of whole potatoes! It’s real food. My husband always gets the bacon cheese burger & loves that. We share a fry cause they’re that big!

The people here when we go are always great and helpful, the place is always clean, and the food is freshly made, and it tastes it.
The biggest thing you may want to ask it light salt, they are more than generous with the salt shaker, but the fries are awesome no matter what.
So, if you are looking for great food, that is made fresh, and great people this is the place you need to go.

Fries were a TOTAL waste of $5! Oil soaked, under cooked but still somehow seemed overcooked, soggy, hot mess! Wish I knew what everyone was talking about with “best fries” such a joke! I tasted one. That’s as much as I could handle. The ONLY reason it’s getting stars is because the cheeseburger was good. Place was a mess too. Tried to contact customer service online (I want at least my $5 back!) and the page won’t even open.

I’m doing Keto, so I ordered the bowl with 3 hamburger patties (I should have ordered 5 or 6) with cheese, onions, pickles, & Jalapenos. They forgot the cheese, which I noticed, so I had them add it to the patties. There were very few condiments for 3 hamburger patties. The hamburgers were pretty good, though. I’ll probably try it again with 5 patties.

Location was clean, food was good, and we usually go out of our way to go to this location instead of the two that are near our house. I’m very disappointed in the management blasting their staff with signs on the doors instead of keeping it within their break room. Very rude and off putting. Do better. Treat your employees better. Be a better manager.
