Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

This looks like a new location because everything was updated and clean. The employees were nice and food came out as ordered. We don’t have Runza anywhere near where we live so we try to go to one when in NE. Never disappoints! Looked like it was in a good location.

We usually buy the chicken sandwiches when we stop by this location. Let’s be honest restaurant chains can vary quite a bit between locations. The one in alliance is quite a bit better…chicken hot and not dried out. We don’t eat here much but, they get small parts of the order wrong fairly often. Nothing major wrong with this location just been to other locations that are a lot better.

They don’t have any vegan/Vegetarian opts but did make the salad without the chicken for me! The onion rings my husband and I shared is doubled dipped in homemade batter and fried to perfection ( i immediately want to go back for more!) husband said his Runza sandwich was absolutely fresh and delicious! The berry salad with homemade dressing was the bomb, lots of nuts and cranberries!

Nice and clean restaurant with friendly staff working. Food was made and served fresh like we’ve come to expect. I was a bit puzzled when I received popcorn chicken on a salad, seemed a bit cheap to do that since there wasn’t very much.

Traveling through Nebraska, we knew we had to stop and try a Runza. We liked it! In fact, we enjoyed them enough to stop at two separate locations, this being the second. My wife ordered the original, I tried the spicy jack, one son ordered a burger, and our other son and daughter ordered chicken tenders. Everyone was satisfied with their meal! This location is very clean. The staff is friendly and got our order out to us fairly quickly! So if you have never had a Runza and are traveling through Nebraska, you need to try them out they are pretty good! We will next time we are there! And the strawberry shake is pretty darn good as well!!

It’s a fast food place. About what you’d expect. The food is pretty good. Definitely better than mc Donald’s and such. It’s a little pricier though but not enough to deter.
However my guy Britain was working there. He was doing the job of three employees. He was all over the place handling everything. He absolutely elevated the quality of our visit. Got us refills, handled orders, dealt with other customers quickly and politely. He was killing it.

We miss having a Runza close since we moved. Whenever we get near one we indulge our taste buds. This Runza managed by Wyatt is top notch. The sandwiches were fresh and hot and their French fries never let us down. We ordered a dozen frozen and Wyatt helped us find a way to tak 2 dozen frozen with us in our cooler. He provided plastic bags and ice to get them home safely. We will certainly enjoy them!!

I usually love Runza food, and when I was not having the best day today I decided to go ahead and get some. I ordered a cheeseburger meal with no pickles “the runza way”. When I got home and started to eat I noticed the fries were burnt one after the other. My burger was just cheese and ketchup on it. I have homework I have to get done tonight so I could not go back. I have worked in the service industry and understand these things happen. Please just double check the order back to the customer and check the bags. The people were very friendly and I do not want them getting into any trouble, just a slight reminder. 🙂
