I’ve been coming here for years and my experience is consistently great! Anyone I’ve interacted with here, you can tell they actually enjoy their job! I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dylan at my most recent visit and from the moment I walked in and heard his cheerful greeting I was thankful I made the choice to treat myself to a smoothie today! He was knowledgeable of the products, I couldn’t remember the name of the smoothie I get and off a few ingredients he knew! He made my smoothie with a smile and we chatted while he worked. He mentioned that he’s been there for three years and still loves it! I really am grateful for his customer service and this location! Yummy smoothies and bright smiles!

I’ve never met such a rude, disgruntled manager. I was given a frozen acai bowl which made it inedible. I decided to go back and order something else. Dillion was extremely helpful and kind but he assumed I wanted a refund when he saw me come back. Rakan, the manager comes around the corner snarling. As I was explaining the situation, he coldly says “they come in frozen.” Before I got to say I was trying to order something, he snaps and says “WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT.” I was so taken back, I wouldn’t even talk to him anymore. I did not come to this establishment to be disrespected. Never again. He should not be a manager with that attitude.

This location in Eldersburg Maryland is by far my favorite store across Maryland and VA. The staff are super friendly and make the experience fun. Plus their Bahama Mama is ten times better than the rest!!!
