I am incredibly disappointed with my recent order from Little Caesars. I was looking for a quick and easy dinner, but what I received was barely edible and frankly, unacceptable.
The pizza was severely undercooked. The dough was pale, and the entire pie was horribly soggy—it was like trying to hold a wet sponge. It tasted raw and gluey, making every bite an unpleasant experience. It’s clear this pizza did not spend the proper amount of time in the oven.
To make matters worse, the pizza showed up warm at best. By the time I received it, the cheese was already beginning to firm up, and the entire meal required reheating just to be tolerable, which is the last thing I want to do after ordering delivery.
This was a waste of money and a completely unsatisfying meal. I expect a basic level of quality and proper cooking from any pizza chain, and Little Caesars failed on both counts. I definitely won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I stopped by here yesterday , picked up order around 315 pm. Cashier was not friendly, was rude and could tell she was not happy being there. No smile, no thank you. As I was leaving with my order, could hear the manager screaming and yelling at her co workers. I stopped , because I could not believe what I was hearing. No wonder, cannot keep help. She is very disrespectful, loud, mean, hateful. I am so disappointed in what I was hearing. She has no respect for her coworkers. I will not step back in this store ever again. I have met her district manager and was really impressed with her. But, if she is going to allow her workers to be treated like this.

Mandy is precious! Briana? Breanna? She was slamming doors and yelling at the top of her voice to where my kids could hear her cussing. She is a manager. When I called she told me it was none of my business and hung up the phone. She was being incredibly rude to the employees and was calling them names and talking bad about the one employee who seemed to be disabled.

Don’t waste the little bit of money it cost! Ordered online so it could be ready when I got there. It was falf raw and looked like they didn’t care one bit about how it came out! Called and was told to drive all the way back so they could replace it, no thanks! Lesson learned!

App changed location to here as we were getting off the interstate after we selected the rockwood location. Wife calls the store immediately to cancel the order. The nit wit on the phone says theirs nothing they can do. (We’ve had this issue before with the app changing locations always was able to cancel no issues) So we drove all the way to the store to get the pizza which was 20 mins and they call us as we pull in and say they canceled it. Wasted our time and fuel.

I ordered 2 pizzas about a week ago and both had about a pound of sauce on them and my bread sticks were doughy it was literally disgusting, so I reach out through their website because I have never had a problem with this location and didn’t want to leave a review because I know how damaging that can be to a business, but I never got a response so here we are. I just don’t think they’re taking it seriously. I have pics but I’m not sure how to post them

Not the best place for Pizza it’s only good right when you get it same for breadsticks to be honest it was far better around 15 years ago but now it’s gone down hill after the changes to the pizzas and stuff that and this place did cost me a tooth when I got cheese sticks that were like brinks during a Christmas Parade about 3/4 years ago you would be better off going to Dominoes or Papa John’s

I ordered for pickup at the portal. Estimated finish time came and went by. I went in to ask if they had my order. It was sitting on the counter in back. This has happened twice. Needless to say, my order was not warm. The puffs were actually cool, not warm at all. I can’t wait for Domino’s to open!
