This is the smallest portion of mushroom chicken I have ever gotten. Why? It’s Definitely not the same amount as the rest of my portions. Quite disappointing. The only reason the service is 4 stars is because the Door dash driver was given the wrong food and went back and was awesome about it.

They don’t charge extra for hair! My eyesight is not that good, so I almost bit into a long black hair. Before you ask, my hair is red so it’s not mine. I’m disgusted! This place is disgusting! Why is the rice always burnt and hard. Are they re-using rice? This is just gross and inedible. I almost broke a tooth it was so hard and this has happened more than once. Inexcusable. When I called the store, no answer. When I call corporate I sat on hold and was hung up on.

Always forget one another of my entrees. It’s an inconvenience to the customer to have to drive back And forth and when I’ve had to call them because they forget one of my entrées they get super defensive and ask for proof, but I wouldn’t have to call you guys about forgetting my items if you guys didn’t forget them in the first place. It’s happened already like four or five times in the seven months that I’ve lived in this side of town at this point. I’m just gonna look for another panda express to go to because I really like panda but this location is very disorganized.

The girls working Upfront are a little condescending. I came in because my order said it was ready for pick up and they hadn’t even started making it. Then I show the confirmation of my order on my phone to which she says oh it’s for you to which I said yes before she would hand it over. Odd behavior

This location has terrible customer service. I ordered a family meal for pickup on 5/8. When I arrived there was no one at the front register. I stood in the back of the line and waited for the employee to take the order of the person in front of me. When the employee was finished, she immediately started making a to go order and did not acknowledge me. After standing there for about five minutes, she finally said she would be with me in a moment. I said it’s OK and that I was just there for a pick up order. She just pointed to the shelf and said that the to go orders were over there. I go and grab my order off the shelf and take it to my car . I walked back in to buy an additional side and the female employee (Name started with an A) that checked me out stated “Just so you know, you’re not allowed to grab your own food”. I informed her that her coworker pointed and told me to take it. I also told her that no one acknowledged me when I walked in. So how was I able to get my food? This location needs to train their employees about proper customer service. I understand that it was a rush period, but at least speak to the customers when they walk in and ask how you can help them. In addition, the employee could have spoke in a more respectful manner. I’m not an employee there so I wouldn’t know the protocol. If someone was at the counter then they would have been able to hand me my food in a timely manner. Definitely will not be back to this location.

It was my first time going to this place, the restaurant was clean, all that you can expect of an American chain restaurant, the thing that I liked the most is that the kitchen is on plain sight, that is something very important, because I don’t trust in a restaurant that the kitchen is hidden in the back, like most Chinese cuisine restaurants, the service was nice, the food was ok, the price was very cheap for a large amount of food I have to tell, I got a bigger plate for 12 dlls and let me tell you, it didn’t even fit on the tray.

came through the drive-thru for a bite to eat, i ordered a side of cream cheese ragoons but didn’t realize till i was home that they were missing. Very disappointed with the preparation and delivery, wouldn’t recommend.

This location always serves small portions, but today they really outdid themselves. I asked for beef and broccoli and sesame chicken. It literally had one piece of chicken and three small pieces of beef; the rest was just veggies.

Waited 10+ minutes in drive thru with only 1 person in front of me. When I ordered at the speaker I asked for a bowl entree and a large cup of just ice. They said ok please pull forward. At the window the lady said $12 please. I questioned the price and she said “yeah I charged you for the ice. If you got a smaller cup of ice it would have been free.” I just sighed and handed her my card as I’m not the type to fight. I do find it a bit ridiculous they couldn’t have informed me up front that they would charge me nearly $3 for just ice.
