They were understaffed, management had yet to show up. They were working hard but having hard time keeping up with only three workers. They truly would be the best place to get breakfast if staff wasn’t over worked and got some help.

Waited about 20 minutes for a mobile order I placed almost 10 minutes prior to showing up. I ordered a frozen coffee and hashbrowns. Coffee came out fine but the hashbrowns were a very long wait and came out burnt and cold. I grabbed them as soon as it was called so I’m guessing they had burnt some earlier and noticed I had been waiting a while and handed me ones that were set aside discarded just to get me out the door. Very disappointing. If I wasn’t running late for work because of it I would have had them remake. Unfortunately I wasn’t gonna risk food poisoning over sitting food because im pregnant and had to throw away food I paid for. Older man was also swearing and getting very flustered over ordered coming in despite it not even being very busy. Ive seen this location far busier with less staff than they had on operate more efficiently and professionally.

It’s like walking into a bee’s nest. Everybody’s on edge. Customers and employees. Service was beyond awful. Online orders and drive-thru orders, seemed to come first. I give the food three stars because after the 20min wait I was hungry. There was a lady standing in the pick up line as I walked in. A large group walked in behind us, the large group got their food before a couple people in line. We ordered a coffee and had time to finish it before our food came out. The lady ended up waiting from what I saw, 30 solid minutes. On 5/31/25 from 10:20 to 10:50. One of the employees actually said that McDonald’s makes sandwiches faster because they have better ovens. it would probably be faster and cheaper. America… Or at least everyone on s main in Concord. Doesn’t run on Dunkin. We crawl in and wish the hell we went to McDonald’s. Oh he was nice at first, but the guy detoured the customers that already paid to McDonald’s, started yelling at the lady that was waiting forever because she was communicating how annoyed she was. I won’t be returning to this establishment. Management needs to take notice, these employees are overworked and probably hate this shift. If all the employees are in the back there is no one to clean up the front of the house after the rush. Get it together.

I had to ask them to make the coffee two times and they still didn’t get it right, there was no sugar in my iced coffee twice so because they didn’t get it right the second time I’m now going to have to drive back after dropping someone off at the hospital!!!

The staff here appears to be disengaged, spending a considerable amount of time on their personal devices, despite a noticeable backlog of tasks that I would have gladly assisted with without compensation. There was also a rather distressing verbal altercation between management and a regular employee. I believe it would be beneficial for someone in a higher position to address these matters. Additionally, the donut I received was quite stale, suggesting it may have been left out for an extended period.

Hard-working team but easily overwhelmed, so I like to tip them well. They seemed well-staffed this weekend and remembered to pour decaf. Thank you(!) for public restrooms that are not locked (unlike Starbucks). Unfortunately though, the restroom doors look like a wild animal chewed them up, and the walls are filthy with some broken items.

This is the closest to my work and home so I’ve given them many chances. AWFUL!!!
My order is always wrong, they won’t correct it.
I’ve been sworn at, laughed at, I’ve had the window slammed on me asking for a correction to my drink.
Hair dangling in peoples food, no gloves when grabbing donuts…
I’ve truly never seen a worse location, the employees are so rude & management does not care!! Very disappointing

The place is convenient, updated, and open 7×24. However, on a Sunday afternoon I was the only customer inside and there was no one to take my order. After waiting for a little, I had to say hello a few times, and still no one came for a few minutes. She simply said, what can I get for you. No acknowledgement of what just happened.
I ordered my drinks. Asked if they had munchkins. She turned around, looked back at me and said no.
I understand it is hard all around to hire enough staff, and current employees are often stressed. In addition, we don’t know what an individual is going through on a particular day.
My drinks were made as requested and the old fashion donut worked out.

Waited 10 minutes for small coffee, employee showed up at 5:47, finished her cigarette, went in, made herself a drink and came back out for another cigarette, co worker joined her. 2 people inside struggling, she finally comes in,was rude to me so I left, never going back! Older woman, blonde ponytail, glasses, should be fired!!
